This property includes the main house, the recreational building, and the indoor pickleball court/gym. The gym features the pickleball court with side seating, professional pickleball net, professional basketball backboard, corn hole, and own private restroom. Ceiling height in gym is 15 feet. All three building are newly remodeled. Wi-Fi is available in all three buildings.

The main house features three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The other two rooms have queen beds. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A Keurig and a drip coffee machine are located in the kitchen. guests will be responsible for their own K cups. The main house has a full-size washer and dryer and a large gated covered porch to relax with children or family while breathing the fresh sea air.

The recreational building will keep you entertained, which features two separable roomy areas, the game room and lounge area. Each room has its own full bathroom, refrigerator, and 55-inch LG smart TV.

The game room has two arcade game consoles, shuffleboard table, full sized arcade style air hockey table, bumper pool table, wet bar, and cabinet storage for your belongings. The game room has a full futon, which is situated in the living room area by the TV.

The lounge area has plenty of furniture to relax on, perfect for visiting and creating memories with family and friends. The lounge area includes a kitchen to make your favorite meals and large dining table.

With approval, there is room to park a RV or a boat trailer. Relax, play games, play pickleball after cleaning your fish in the outdoor stainless steel cleaning station. Conveniently located just 4 minutes from the Ilwaco boat launch, a few minutes from downtown long beach, and just one mile from the beautiful coastline and beaches. Nearby, you can appreciate hiking, biking, kite flying or enjoying the spectacular sunsets.

This property is protected by 5 security cameras located on the NE and NW corners of rec. building and one camera in the gym.
