"this hotel was impeccably clean. the staff were fairly accommodating, but didn't go out of their way. The breakfast was faw vegetable salad without dressings, some bread cereal, boiled eggs and hotdogs...we got used to it after a few days. the location is excellent, between the airport and downtown with parks and restaurants nearby."

"We love this hotel, and stay here often. Praga is very flexible with check in and check out times, which is very helpful when navigating the late night and early morning flight arrivals amd departures. Their breakfast is always perfect. Staff are top notch."

"I stayed for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. Very quiet and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and caring. I did have a chance to use hammam and spa but the guest like it. It's located a not a center of the city and I used taxi (which is affordable). I highly recommend this hotel;!!!"

"The Tower Hotel Tashkent was very comfortable with many amenities, and in a very convenient location, close to the airport. Staff were very helful and responsive. We especially enjoyed the quiet 12th floor, weekday dining overlooking the dazzling city lights. The hotel very conveniently ordered our late night transportation to the airport, and offered a box breakfast. One small downside, the marble shower floor is slippery when wet."
"Helpful and attentive staff. Decent breakfast included and nice coffee. The area is very quiet, although the mini fridge in the room is quite loud (but easy to unplug)."
"Very sweet young people on the reception. They speak some English, not really enough... One of them speaks better English, then the others and it seems he tries to be there to help his colleagues. Breakfast is nice, great fresh watermelon on the days of my stay. Other than that, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, very tasty pastries, baked fresh. Food is tasty and fresh, mostly homemade.
It happened that electricity would turn off and sometimes water too, but they really try to fix it right the way.
With the internet it was hard to understand how it works, I guess the signal was stronger when the majority of people would be asleep or not in the hotel. Sometimes it wouldn’t connect, but it was enough to do some work.
The location of this hotel is great for the people that need to stay close to the airport. With the taxi app the ride is extremely cheap. I used YandexGo, otherwise without the app out of the airport you going to pay 10 times more.
To me Merci Hotel was a pleasant place to stay - my room was clean. The carpet is not new in the hotel, so it may look not neat. Overall, I would definitely come back when I need the hotel close to the airport. "
