  • Accommodates up to 5 -- Ideal for couples or young families w 2 small children during Summer Season.
    Fire TV – internet, wifi
    Central Air and gas heat
    1st bedroom –twin bunk beds
    2nd bedroom – 1 full size bed
    Living room futon (full size when opened)
    Eat-in kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, cookware, cutlery, dishes etc. no dishwasher

    Bed linens and towels are available but owner prefers that you bring your own

    Patio, charcoal grill
    Two beach tags (summer renters only)
    Available for Winter rental Oct 1 through April 30 at monthly rate $1850.

    Tenant must bring their own beach equipment, soap, detergent etc. Prior to leaving, return all items and furniture to original places (dishes, cutlery, chairs etc.) and any used linens laundered and folded
