"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Few amenities. We were on the first floor near the lobby and it was a little noisy during a short period of the night. Otherwise, not bad."

"The top point probably is the location immediately on the beach. It has a dated old lodge feel in that furniture is very worn - but bed /sheets/pillow good. Rooms w a higher cost have dunes/ocean view. We paid for view and loved it. Super friendly reception. Breakfast fine. Our room had a gas fireplace (but we did not use) for cozy nights. We would say that our room was on the smaller side, but sufficient. With queen bed had space for two chairs and small table. Consider tradeoffs btw location/cost/level of wear."
