Super comfortable beds. It was a cozy and clean place to stay. The only criticisms are that the trash was completely full when we arrived and we were cramming all of our trash for our entire stay. The kitchen lacked some basics and needs a casserole or baking pan, a crock pot, hand soap and at least a 13 gallon kitchen size trash can. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at MANY vacation homes. This by far had the most hiccups. We never received check in info, I had to call the property management multiple times to get info. Then when we arrived, the welcome book wasn’t in the home so I had to text the after hours number and I was given the WiFi, so we didn’t know how to leave the property or any other info that would have been helpful. The lower level smelled like mildew and was hard for my daughter in that state. The layout was great for kids though, rooms were separate areas of the home. The bathroom was very tiny and it was hard for myself or my husband to even be in the bathroom with our toddler due to tight squeeze. No tub, only a shower. There were sugar ants in the kitchen, living room and dining room even when we didn’t leave food out. But we did love that they had beach toys available to use (we packed our own but liked the touch), the access to the beach was nice but pretty far for our toddler we figured out on day one.

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to make our own meals. I especially appreciated the use of the propane grill on the back patio. We made good use of all the windows to let the fresh breeze blow through the home. I appreciated the no-pet policy as members of my family suffer from allergies. I travelled with my spouse and two teenage children who got to spread out in their own room with bunk beds. Yes the bathroom is small. Yes the master bedroom is small. It would benefit from some outlet access bedside. For the price of the unit, though, these are minor inconveniences. Check-in was simple after we learned that the door code provided was to the back door, which made sense after we parked the car in the provided off-street parking behind the fence. No additional outreach was necessary on either side because everything was clear from the start.Location was excellent, just 3 blocks from beach access and a 15 minute walk down the beach-side walk to downtown which makes for an excellent running path as well. Instructions were clear and simple in the book and check-out was equally simple. Overall an excellent experience.
