Big, bright, and calm

We loved our stay here. It was clean and plenty of space for our multigeneral group. Easy walk to the beach for kids, grandma, and old dog. Would definately book again.

Great house with lots of room for everyone. Will definitely stay again. Only small complaint was beds were a little uncomfortable. Everyone really enjoyed the house.

My family and I had an amazing time at the pelican beach house. Everyone enjoyed the stay! The home was very comfortable and close to lots of things to do! We are already planning on coming back in December. Hopefully the days we want are available. Thanks so much to the owners for being wonderful hosts😊

This house was great! Exactly like it was listed. The wrap around balcony was awesome. Minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed the trail to get to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great for family stay

Our families had a great stay at the Pelican House! There was enough room for 2 families to relax between beach excursions. We loved the boogie board, chairs, wagon, and sand toys. We brought our own beach towels which was good since we needed more than we found. We found most of what we needed for cooking and serving large family meals and enjoyed the large table with enough room for the 9 of us. We would come stay again.

Wonderful vacation

We loved the open concept of the kitchen/dining room/living room. The wagon was great for getting chairs, buckets, etc to beach. Also the wagon was good when little ones got tired to ride in on the promenade. Quiet, private area, quiet beach, yet very easy walk to downtown. Loved it!

Family Vacation

This was a great house for our Family of 10 (2 Parents, 4 adult children and their 4 small kids). The common living area had lots of room for everyone to spread out. Big kitchen and dining area /Open concept. Close to Beach and shopping. Kitchen had everything we needed utensil/ dishes/ waffle maker etc. Nice BBQ on Deck. We had a great time!

Totally comfortable and cozy!

This house is awesome! It felt very cozy and comfortable. The living room/dining/kitchen is all open and there’s a lot of seating. Carpet was great, place felt clean. All rooms were great sizes, all clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Stayed here for a basketball tournament and would 100% book here again. Loved it! Best rental we have stayed at in a long time! Owner was very nice and responsive. 10/10!

Well-appointed property

We loved our stay here. My daughter and her husband have an infant and were thrilled to have all of the baby items available - high chair, crib, stroller, and a baby gate. Since we cooked our meals, we were very happy with a kitchen well stocked. Our family loves Seaside and the house was in a perfect location. We walked the promenade to downtown, walked quickly to the beach, and were only a few blocks from stores. Highly recommend!

Spacious Home Close to Beach

This was a great place to stay for our family of eight. Plenty of nicely decorated space, a spacious and well appointed kitchen, a short walk to the beach, and close to many restaurants. It was very clean and fresh smelling. Communication was great with our host, Lisa. She was willing to work with us when a last minute issue came up with our pet. We went clam digging on the beach by the house and got our limit in no time. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Always Great

This is the third time we've stayed at this house, and it's our favorite spot on the Oregon Coast.The house is clean, comfortable, and has a great view. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of our cooking needs.The house could accommodate a lot more people, but it feels just right for the three of us. We only used the upstairs. This house will always be our first choice when traveling to Seaside/Cannon Beach.

Second time staying here

We love this home - perfect size for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. It is bright, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked, the table is large and the laundry room is a real plus. This was our second time staying here, and won't be our last. We definitely enjoyed the use of the beach accessories available in the garage, especially the wagon and the sand castle building tools! The proximity to the beach and promenade is great - easy for those early morning power walks and the evening catch the sunset strolls.

We Love This House

This is our second time staying at this property, and it's a family favorite. We love the proximity to the ocean. The house is spacious with a lot of natural light and a great view. The furniture is comfortable and you can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into the amenities in the kitchen. It was extra special to pull up after sundown on our first night and see the lights from the Christmas tree shining and greeting us upon arrival. We have no complaints and are so grateful for our relaxing week at the coast.

Excellent home for families

This home was perfect for our family of six adults and one 2 1/2 year old. Loved the large living/dining/kitchen space and fireplace. There was a highchair and pack and play at the house, plus some books and DVDs appropriate for kids. The location was perfect with easy access to a great walking beach and to the promenade. The home was decorated for Christmas, which was lovely. The only small complaint we had was from the couple who stayed in the second bedroom upstairs who felt a new mattress would be a great purchase! Otherwise everything was wonderful - one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at - and we have stayed at quite a few. We hope to stay here again - thank you for a beautiful place to celebrate Christmas!

Great house!

My brother, myself and my 5 kids ranging in age from 10-17 all stayed for 3 nights. We loved how open the house was and the access to the beach. It was never too busy at the beach closest to us. A few suggestions I would have is to have more bath towels available. We had to do laundry daily to not run out. Access to more shower toiletries. The shampoo was tiny and just wasn’t enough for 7 people for 3 nights. The counters and floor were sticky, maybe from the cleaner used before we arrived. If you want to cook you woulde Other than that, it was quiet, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was amazing. We loved the big kitchen and family room. Nice and open floor plan with plenty of room for all of us. We were able to watch the Seahawks win which was a plus. The place was nice and clean and had all the amenities needed. Definitely will be coming back!
