Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.
