You can't beat the location of this house but unfortunately, that is where the positives end. On the downside, the place has two fireplaces but both have signs to not use (you own a home on the beach with two fireplaces; neither of which are useable for the guest). The place has nice French doors but has a sign to not open them. The place has a beautiful front yard that looks onto the beach but has a tiny patio and two chairs (for a place that houses 9 people), the step on the tiny front porch is cracked and a trip hazard (I had my 87 year old parents there), the place was overrun with weeds when we arrived, the place has a propane BBQ that is so small it would only cook 2-3 burgers at a time (for a place that sleeps 9), we killed a couple of large spiders in the house, the living room had about 5 remotes for the TV which was very confusing, there was a sloppy paint job performed in certain areas of the house (it looked like they did not use any painters tape which would explain how sloppy of a job that was performed) and the laundry room sink had a sign that there was not drain hooked up and not to use the sink. Our overall impression is that the owner of this place is very cheap and could care less about the guest experience. Most of the above items could be taken care of with a bit of an investment and some major elbow grease. Under its current condition, I would not stay there again.
