OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 2nd floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. This is a non smoking property. You may not smoke in the units, balconies, or on the grounds, or parking lot. MUST BE 25+ TO RENT

Adorable condo with a gorgeous view

Adorable one bedroom condo with two bathrooms. Living area was decent sized, with a good kitchen. View of the beach was incredible, and the location was within walking distance of a good number of shops and restaurants

July 4th

We stayed here from June 30-July 9th and experienced the best 4th of july while enjoying the balcony to watch everything from. Very close to all the shopping and food. Would for sure come back in the future.

This spot was perfect!!! Right on the board walk, but not front and center that its crowded and busy. Such a cute condo, with all the amenities. The phones were down so I had to finally call the emergency line and the lady was so nice and brought me towels on a holiday! I spent the best two weeks here! My ONLY complaint was the upstairs neighbors. Seriously all they did was pace all day long, and you could hear every foot step and drawer open. They would go to bed around 2 am and wake us up at 7 am everyday. Besides that everything was perfect. The weather, the beach, the location. 👌
