    Bright, inviting, and perfect for the entire family, Seaside Serenade boasts plenty of desirable amenities in a prime location just one block from the beach. Inside this warm and inviting, two-story home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a nearby dining table for six, and a comfortably furnished living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Out back, let the kids or the dogs run and play in the enclosed yard while you fire up the gas grill and then dine together al fresco on the large, furnished deck.



    What's nearby:

    If you want to hit the beach, take a short stroll down to the end of Avenue U just a block away. Borrow the crab traps (find them in the garage) and try your hand at crabbing off the 12th Avenue Bridge that crosses the Necanicum River, just a couple miles north. When it's time to dine out, check out the Seaside Golf Club, Restaurant, & Sports Bar for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, just a quarter-mile from your door, pick up some pastries and terrific coffee from Osprey Café, or sample the many popular restaurants found up and down Highway 101.

The location couldn’t be beat! This is a nice home, very spacious with everything we needed! Well stocked and clean, nice big deck to hang out as well as the cozy front porch area. The only issue we had was the downstairs shower not draining well, most likely an easy fix.

The layout of the home was perfect, plenty of towels and beds. Kitchen was well equipped with all things needed for cooking and serving. Backyard was a full deck with plenty of seating. Short walk to the prom and the beach. Perfect for our dog too!

Conveniently located a block away from the ocean. We had a wonderful family weekend. Nice that the garage is open and functional. A great place to remove wet clothing out of the wind.

Super clean!!! Kitchen appeared well supplied. Manager responded to ceiling leak. Any beach house should be supplied with tissues/kleenex. Upstairs king bed mattress definitely needs replacing!! It would be nice if all the blinds worked. When trying to use the WiFi we kept getting a message: WiFi not connected to internet- unfortunately on the last night we discovered that the WiFi cord was not connected to the back of the router.

We loved all the toys, dressup, and beach toys. It kept our 2 littles entertained. I dont know why the water heater was turned off, but you helped me figure it out.

House was clean and easy to find. A block from access to ocean and beach. Dog friendly with enclosed yard, he approved. Convenient to all places in the area. South of the main town, road straight to town with light traffic. Small store and great restaurant and bar around corner with everything to offer.

So Fun!

We loved this house! It had toys for the kids and sand toys for the beach along with bikes in the garage. Plus, it was only 1 block from the beach!! The only thing we needed was some Tupperware and cooking spray to use before and after cooking. Otherwise, it was comfortable andmet all our needs!

We love the location, the layout of the home, the wonderful deck. I dropped the rating this time because the electronic lock system (which we used in prior visits with no issues) was really wonky and not working properly. Staff was responsive, but it was more of a bandaid. It needs to be replaced.

Very Comfortable Home

Overall our stay at this house was very comfortable. We loved that there was a closet with items for kids to play with, our little niece was totally taken with the fun items in there. We also appreciated all the helpful hints and signs left for us, it made everything easy. A few improvements: first the dishwasher is very noisy, a quieter one would be appreciated. Second, we were disappointed the fireplace in the living room wasn't operational. A gas fireplace insert would be better. Third, some level of cover over the back deck would make it more usable when it's raining, which happens frequently at the coast. Overall, we would stay there again.

Astoria seafood n wine festival was our reason for the rental.

Everything was good except for the weather. Oh well. Would have enjoyed bike rides with you providing the equipment but weather was too nasty. Would have liked a hot tub but that's ok. Everything was clean. Did find a large button in the master bedroom bed under the sheets? Left it on the counter in the upstairs bathroom. Not sure where that came from.. One of the pillows in the downstairs queen bedroom had stains on the pillow when I took pillowcase off. But those were small issues that didn't affect our stay. Would recommend and stay again. Had everything we needed plus some extras. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. One suggestion would be to have shades to close for the skylights if you wanted to block out the daylight. But again.. small stuff. Thank you Jim and Cindi
