    The Space:

    Enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this newly remodeled condo. This rental has all of the amenities and features that will have you feeling right at home, including well-appointed furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and flatscreen, cable TVs. It has a great location close to the Convention Center and downtown Seaside. There is also a nice balcony that offers views of the Necancium River that runs right out to the ocean.

    Downtown Seaside is a short, half-mile walk to the south along the riverfront where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other whimsical choices.

Took a family vacation recently and stayed here. Was very clean and decorated nicely! Quiet, clean and bang for our buck considering the price of most rentals now especially since it was near the city center and we could walk to the beach or around town as preferred. Really enjoyed our stay!

The condo is super close to all the fun things you want to do in Seaside. It had everything we needed, but the furniture and carpet were pretty heavily stained. Loved having the full kitchen so we could make our own meals after playing on the beach.

Clean with great location

This condo was super cute and clean! Right on the river and only 2 blocks from the beach. We had great parking with easy access. The decor inside is beachy and cute. Our beds were very comfortable and there’s plenty of seating in the large couch! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and nice. The couch has been updated from the pictures and is very comfortable. We did struggle a bit with the tv/ WiFi but there is a dvd player and a really great video store just down the road. We really enjoyed our time here

Peaceful Stay

My fiancé, three dogs, and myself had an amazing weekend stay here. The unit was well-cleaned and decorated, along with the area itself being quiet despite being close to the busy boardwalk; the nosiest encounter you might have are just the local seagulls. We really enjoyed how close to were to the boardwalk area, beach, and shops scattered around Seaside while our dogs took in the sights.

The property was very nice and great location. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see in Seaside. The Condo was clean with just a couple of stains in the carpet that did not look great. I was more than we needed since we did not cook any meals in the condo. We loved it and would rent it again. Great Pet Rental

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Easy parking. It was clean, especially for a pet rental. The carpet looks stained but felt clean. Beware of the carpet strip going into the living room if you are a diabetic or have neuropathy. The carpet is worn and the nails poke through.

Great Cozy Condo (unless allergic to pets)

Fantastic location near the Seaside convention center and Promenade. Well equipped and well decorated. I would recommend the place for most people, but because it is pet friendly and carpeted with fabric couches, please use caution if you have pet allergies. I could not be in the living room area w/o symptoms. The bedroom and kitchen were just fine and comfy. Place was great - still 5 stars!

Great place

The location was great. We had everything we needed. I would have given 5 stars, but couldn’t due to the checkout time. It was 10am with no flexibility. It is a small space so couldn’t possibly take that long to clean. It was inconvenient that checkout was so early. We were in town for a basketball tournament. We had an early Sunday game and had to pack up and check out prior to our game.

The beds were comfortable; the kitchen is well equipped. The only problem that we had was with the door code. There appears to be a lock box at the front door for keys, but we didn't have a code to get them. That could well have been an oversight on my part. We have booked again for later in the year. BTW, we did not have pets, and did not notice any pet smells.
