With ocean views from just about every room this home is full of beauty and charm. Originally owned by a stained glass maker there are works of stained glass throughout this home that introduce artistry and old world charm into your vacation. Enjoy the works of art as you relax in this large comfortable home and marvel at the views of the ocean. Open the windows and listen to the ocean as it lulls you to sleep while the crickets chirp their joyful songs.
There is plenty of room for everyone. Find your favorite spot to relax. Downstairs has living room with 4 couches, piano, sitting room, library, den, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The Bedroom Off of the family room has a Quees size bed and a Skylight, it's the closest to the bathroom. The other is off of the kitchen and has a full size bed. There is 1 TV that has cable TV with a DVD. There is a 2nd TV with built in VCR for VHS viewing only. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms plus a half bath.
The first bedroom on the Left has a full size bed, the Second bedroom on the Left has a Queen size bed, The First bedroom on the Right has a Full and the Last bedroom on the Second floor has 2 twins.
Lovely deck on front and back with ocean views, charming interior and artisan stained glass throughout. Just steps to the Prom and beach.

We have stayed at this home twice. It works well for large groups with ample common space and comfortable living spaces. The location is beautiful with access to the beach and proximity to downtown. The communication prior to arrival was very good and helpful.

Perfect house for our group size.

All of us enjoyed the house. Plenty of bedrooms for all of us and the common areas were perfect. Enjoyed the location and the proximity to downtown Seaside. We’ll be back!

Family get away

Great time with family and plenty of room for 5 couples and four singles. Easy walk to the beach, down the promenade to the shops, or a hike at Tillamook Head. The house is well stocked and spacious--the pictures do not do it justice. Would love to come back!

On the beach

Nice place, older but very clean and well apportioned with what was needed for our weekend stay. Plenty of bedrooms plus room to spread out. Slight snafu with the code for the lock but was quickly corrected when we called the property manger. I would stay there again.

Family reunion

The house was very comfortable and clean! Lots of space for everyone! Excellent location! I loved everything about it. Only suggestion I have is that a new BBQ may need to be purchased!

Awesome house at the beach

Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s big and roomy and also cozy and quaint. We were 10 people, including five teens and an old guy in a wheelchair and it was perfect. It’s very sound-proof, with lots of rooms to spread out and a huge dining table that fit us all. Kitchen has everything you need. Front room is giant, with space for all ten of us. Two showers that worked great. Just enough towels for ten of us, but there’s a washer and dryer. One tv and very good wifi. Super close to beach, and ten minute walk to downtown.

Memorial Day Family Beach Trip

Our family tries to go to beach every year for Memorial Day weekend. This year was Seaside. Our house was perfect for us. I was traveling with my 94 year old mother and my adult children and their families. There were 11 of us total and plenty of room. Only a few steps in to main living area so my mother could easily and safely get around with her walker. The stain glass everywhere was beautiful and the sky lights lit up the beautiful woodwork of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we love to cook. I so appreciated only one TV. We played games, cards, and puzzles and visited a lot between trips to beach. We were a block away from beach access that had a wheelchair runner out to the beach so we could easily get our mom there with wheelchair or walker. It was a quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed seeing the ocean and sunsets from the house but my mother especially enjoyed the comfort of this home. Thank you.

Perfect home for family gathering. The BBQ (an advertised amenity) didn’t work very well but we made it work. Housekeeping left almost no dishwashing liquid and barely enough toilet paper for the 4 nights our family stayed so we had to purchase more. If staying in the summertime, bring fans! Overall it was a memorable stay with excellent location for beach and time in town.

Unique home

Overall the house worked well. Many outlets did not work in the rooms, some windows were very hard to open and had to be propped open to cool off the home, and many screens were missing. The house worked great for large gatherings. Plenty of room to visit with family and the large dining room table accommodated everyone.

We found some dirty utensils and needed to bother the manager for dishwasher soap -- but we were absolutely thrilled with the charm of the house and only wished we could have stayed longer and learned it's history. Will definitely recommend it to our friends and plan to return!

Great for large families

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The house lay out works great for kids and adults. The location was perfect and the access to the beach was great. All of the beds are very comfortable and lots of extra bedding was provided! We look forward to renting this property again.

Wonderful family getaway!

Such a great house for an extended family group! Plenty of rooms for all, plus three different large shared spaces, a big kitchen, and some lovely little nooks here and there. Also a nice deck out back. Right next to the Promenade--really just perfect. The management was super nice and responsive! We will definitely come again!!

Great House with Character

Lots of rooms to spread out in or snuggle up and relax. Great location steps from the Prom and beach. The craftsmanship of the wood and stained glass throughout the house is amazing. I wish I could read the history of the house and those who lived in it.

Fun place to gather

The living spaces were perfect for a large family to gather and talk with little areas for children to retreat to and have their own spaces. Beds were small, but we are an abnormally tall family. Not state of the art but perfect for a family with kids….we will be back

Plenty of room

House was great, fit us all (12). Though the TV/VCR combo is gone. My 20 yr old daughter had brought a bunch of her old VHS tapes so was a little disappointed.
