Seaside heights- new listing
We stayed at this property for three nights at the end of July 2023. From my understanding we were the first visitors to stay at this property as it was a new listing. everything was very clean, with all new and modern decorating features. the host was very responsive from the week prior and up to and during our stay. We did not encounter any issues or problems during our stay. It was helpful to have offstreet parking as well as the proximity to the boardwalk with only a 8 to 10 minute walk away. Everything about this rental property was very nice.
Our main issue was that the original property that we booked months ago had been sold and taken off of the VRBO listing without our knowledge. We were fortunate enough to be able to get into this new rental with the help of the original owners. This could have been a bigger issue. If we did not check on the rental availability prior to our arrival, the property rental had already been prepaid by us but we were not informed that it had been canceled.
