Cute cottage 300ft to beach, off st parking
This family-friendly space on quiet north end of Seaside Heights boardwalk. Approximately 4 houses from boardwalk, this classic & neat cottage features 3 bedrooms, bathroom w/shower, outfitted kitchen & roomy living room. Linens, 4 beach tags, fast wifi, Disney+, AC & 2 off-street spots included (Cars/mid sized SUVs) 3 day minimum. No parties, no large groups, no proms,no pets. *Separate lease, ID & Deposit, & guest info required. *Min. rental age is 25. (License# ML-25-1687, STRP#001012)
LOCAL ORDINANCE Seaside Heights ordinance now requires all guests to disclose their names, addresses, phone numbers and birthdates to the host when leasing a property for summer rentals. This information is submitted to the town prior to your arrival. You also must be 25 years old to rent the property and be a part of the guest group staying on site. We do not rent to large groups, parties, prom groups or parents renting for their teen/unqualified children.
NO LARGE GROUPS / NO PARTIES: Undeclared guests, guests not on the reservation, are not allowed on property. All guests need to be part of the original reservation and declared to the town by local ordinance and the owner for security purposes. There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum of 3. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately
OUR PLACE This Seaside Heights cottage was built in the 1930s and retains its quaint, cozy rooms featuring 2 queen beds and 1 full (double) bed. We also have added a futon couch in the front room. It has a larger serviceable kitchen outfitted with almost everything needed for your vacation meals, including a coffee maker & dishwasher! The bathroom has been renovated and has a shower stall, toilet, and sink (no tub). The living room and front room are spacious and can comfortably accommodate your family as they relax watching the smart TV after a day in the sun. The backyard is roomy and features picnic tables & umbrellas for the family with a propane grill. We are sure you will enjoy this classic beach cottage, which is just 4 houses (300 ft) away from the boardwalk and sand.
SECURITY 24/7 motion triggered, exterior audio/video security cameras cover the front sidewalk & driveway. The backyard is not covered by cameras. Cameras not actively monitored. Neighbors may have security cameras that cover shared property line.
The guests will have access to the cottage, driveway, back and front yard. The separate, satellite garage is for storage and is not a part of the rental. In cases of emergencies, the Property Manager may have to access garage, but we will always notify guest prior if this is needed.
I am available by text and phone for guest support. The property manager is available if there are any issues with the physical cottage.
The immediate block is full of older, classic beach cabins, a vintage hotel and some newer homes. This is a beach town that consists of a boardwalk, pier with rides, a water park, restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions.
Many of the attractions and restaurants are within an easy walk from the cottage!

NO RESIDENCY: Your reservation for this short-term rental does not establish residency, regardless of the length of your stay. You are considered a guest until the end of your reservation; at which time you will turn over possession of the property. The New Jersey Anti-Eviction Act does not apply to this seasonal rental.

REPORT YOUR CONCERNS: If you have any concerns with the cottage upon check-in, you should let us know ASAP via the cell number provided. We reserve the ‘right to enter’ the cottage to correct or repair any highlighted issues after you call us. Unreported concerns or concerns that were corrected in a timely manner will not be considered for partial or full refund after your stay is completed.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS------------
PRIMARY RENTER: Must be at least 25 years of age, a part of your group staying on property, and provide a valid ID and cell phone number. Primary renter is not allowed to rent specifically for unqualified, 25 years or younger guest groups with the intention of turning the property over to them. All guest names, ages and primary residences must be disclosed and submitted to the town prior to the stay dates, as per town ordinance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Your booking will require a refundable $500 security deposit. Platform may charge your card for damages or lost badges or parking passes after stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the nature of our seasonal beach house rentals, it is often difficult to rebook stays that are cancelled close to the check-in date. We recommend confirming your dates before booking as well as purchasing travel insurance, which will cover any expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: The fire code restricts the maximum number of guests, including children, allowed in residence is three (3). Please see the listing info.
SLEEP SPACES: The cottage’s rental certification has approved the sleep spaces with the number of beds provided in the listing. Guests are not allowed to bring in unauthorized furniture, mattresses, or air mattresses to create additional sleep spaces in the bedrooms, living rooms or hallways. Doing so violates the borough’s rental certification, fire code and potential occupancy limits. This will result in the termination of your booking/lease without refund. If you move unauthorized mattresses into the cottage, you will also be charged a $150 fee for fumigation of the cottage to prevent a bed bug infestation.

THINGS TO REMEMBER DURING YOUR STAY------------
LINENS: The property includes bed linens and towels for your convenience. Do not use hair dye or spray-tan products with our linens or towels. Please do not hang towels, bathing suits, or clothes on the railings of the porch. And additional charge of $40 per will be assessed for missing or damaged blankets, towels, or linens.
FLUSH TOILET PAPER ONLY: Do not flush tampons, sanitary products, flushable wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, tissues, your soul, etc., down the toilet. Only use the provided toilet paper or one rated “safe for septic systems.” Please throw all other items in the trash. If a plumbing service is required due to misuse, GUEST will be responsible for the cost of the service.
TRASH REMOVAL: SUMMER: The trash is picked up on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, recycles are on Tuesday in the summer (3rd Sat in June – Labor Day). Take cans out to the front curb on Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday nights after 7:00 p.m., and recycles go out Monday nights after 7:00 p.m.
WINTER: Trash is picked up on Monday and Friday in the winter (Tuesday after Labor Day to third Friday in June). Take cans out to the front curb on Sunday and Thursday nights after 7:00 p.m., and recycling goes out Monday nights after 7:00 p.m. Cans need to be returned promptly to the side bin the next morning. *If you do not put out the trash during your stay, you may be assessed a trash out fee after check-out.
PARKING: The cottage has a narrow driveway at the right side of the home. The driveway is 7ft wide and should fit regulars cars and mid-sized SUVs. If you have a larger SUV or truck, we suggest pulling all the way to the back or backing your car into the front of the driveway, so that your doors can clear the side of the home. DO NOT park on top of the pavers to the right side of driveway, as that is the neighbors’ property line and walkway.
BEACH BADGES: Badges are provided during the summer season (May 1 – Labor Day). The 5 beach badges need to be left in the cottage, on the hook on the fridge, prior to check-out. At time of check-out, GUEST shall be responsible for replacing lost/non-returned badges at $90 per badge.
CHILD SAFETY: Do not leave children unattended on the property. We do provide outlet covers, child safety window locks. There is no crib or highchair on the property.
RESTRICTIONS------------
NOISE ORDINANCE: No loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. as per the local noise ordinance. The police will issue tickets for noise violations to both the GUEST and the OWNER. A police force visit or ticketing will result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund and removal from the property.
TERMINATION OF RESERVATION: If your group breaks the House Rules, holds a party, disrupts the neighbors, violates the listed occupancy, becomes violent, or if your group’s behavior results in a police force visit or ticketing, then your reservation will be terminated, without a refund, and you will be expected to leave the property immediately. (If you do not comply with the request to leave, then you may be removed under TRESPASS.)

Property was conveniently located and was decorated and furnished as shown in the listing. The owner was very communicative and answered all questions and inquiries. The backyard was lovely and gave us another area to sit and relax! We enjoyed our stay on Kerney St. in Seaside!
Our stay was absolutely incredible, the hosts have you covered and thought about all your needs from beach passes to beach supplies, all amenities from cooking, hygiene, linens, a welcome book with all the info you’d need with instructions for the cottage and local attractions. An A+++ stay and we’ll be back for sure you can’t beat the proximity to the beach, boardwalk, Waterpark, and jersey shore house for pics 😎. Kids said it was their favorite vacation yet and didn’t want to leave, thank you again Leonardo and Robin for a memorable stay!!!
Comfy, Cozy Cottage Great Place to Stay at Jersey Shore
If you want a place to stay at the Shore thats comfortable and convenient to the beach and Boardwalk, this is it. Well equipped and furnished, the house met all our needs for a two day visit to Seaside Heights. The host does a terrific job of communicating with guests so you are familar with house rules. I also want to mention the house is extremely clean. I highly recommend this rental for Jersey Shore vacation.
You’re a block from the ocean on the north side of town which means less outside noise.
We couldn’t have asked for a better host and the home was beyond our expectations.
When traveling with a teen so the little things can become difficult quickly.
From finding food to just being to just finding activities for a teenage can be added stress but we had everything we needed and it felt like home.
The home is extremely well stocked and you truly just need to stop at the Acme on your way in and you will be set to just enjoy yourselves.
This was our forth trip to seaside and and if available, this will be our go to location.
The off street parking and beach badges saved us vacation time.
The stocked kitchen gave us health food alternatives.
Nothing wrong with boardwalk food but it gets old after a couple big days.

This does feel like home away from home, perfect size, all the amenities you need and location is amazing. We loved this place: everything we found was as expected from the listing. Some extras: some extraordinary supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, a book featuring where to eat and go, great quick heat for those couple days that were below average temperature and a location just a few steps from the boardwalk.
Bads: a clock in the kitchen that needs a new battery -- it ran a little slow :) While I'm being truthful about the clock, this is an attempt at a joke for a place that was nearly perfect.
The owner spied on us the entire time we were there. Friends came to say hi, owner called me and said,”I see multiple people outside, they can’t come inside.”Charged me for broken stuff that we never broke. We actually took video when we left and left the place spotless. Probably one of the worse experiences renting through VRBO. I will not recommend this place because of the owner.
The cottage was spotless, its layout and amenities superb and the interaction with the property manager absolutely fantastic. I not only plan to come back to this location but will consider renting another property from this property manager again without hesitation.
Comfortable, clean. Lots of choice on the TV. All amenities you'd have in a hotel stay and more e.g. coffee pods, toiletries, paper towels, towels, linens, spices. Private yard, BBQ, beach chairs, umbrella, cart. Clothes line. W/D. Great place to stay.
House size was perfect and location. Short walk to boardwalk and beach. Front sunroom great for storing items and backyard great seating area. Look forward to visiting next year!
