"I was disappointed with cleaning crew , I stayed two nights and expected them to replace the towels and empty the trash but nope ."

"Room was average hotel room. No windows only slider to pool area. Pool area was large with water puddles. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was good. Worst part of the whole stay was the restaurant. Horrible service if you could even get service. 45 minute wait for food and then it was wrong but they couldn’t make what we ordered because by then the kitchen was closed. Two other tables just got up and left because no one waited on them. Only two other people in the place so no excuse....

"The exterior property was in poor condition, while the building itself was recently painted the sidewalk, curbing and the rest of the exterior concrete was in poor condition. The flooring in the room was dirty if one walked on it wearing socks the bottoms of them would turn black from the greasy floor grime, corners of the room were dusty. "We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it! The restaurant had a great breakfast and the coffee was amazing! This stay was terrible. Upon check in, we were not informed that the AC was broken and the restaurant was closed due to extreme temps. I understand that completely but not having AC in the rooms should have been disclosed. The lobby and hallways were cool but the rooms were like an oven. Many guests upset at checkout but no staff to be found. We will not stay here again."

"$150 price was high for the quality. There was no staff on site when I arrived. Side door was open, room door was open. Security should be tighter. The room was reasonably clean. Staff was polite on the phone. Simple beakfast is provided. The TV channels were good."
