Legacy Park Apartment next to Harding University

One block away from Harding University’s campus in central Searcy (and the campus Starbucks), this 1BR/1BA is over the garage a Legacy Park house. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance off of the back. Renters have full access to the outdoor amenities including the grill, outdoor dining, and the fire pit. Perfect for visiting a student on campus, dropping off summer campers, or that prospective student visit to Harding!
The space
The bedroom has ONE DOUBLE bed and ONE TWIN bed.

The kitchen is great for small meal preparation- it has a full fridge, a two-burner stove top, an electric skillet, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a dishwasher.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the apartment space. The outdoor spaces (grill, patio, fire pit, etc) are shared with the main house-feel free to use them!
Access to the Apartment is through a smart lock. Upon booking, we will send you a personalized access code (good for the duration of you stay) in your VRBO messages, along with access instructions. The apartment comes equipped with a ring doorbell in order to ensure that guest have live, realtime support in case there are access problems with the smart lock. The surveillance camera in the doorbell only captures motion in the driveway of the property, and nowhere else. Other things to note
The HOA governing the neighborhood places restrictions on open containers outside the property and on smoking of any kind outside the property.

Sweet and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family attending Harding. It was conveniently located near Berry Hill Park pickleball courts and the Harding campus disc golf course. The apartment was nice and clean and we felt very safe walking the short distance from the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

This vrbo is right next to Harding where our daughter spent a week at choir camp. It was so convenient both to campus and to local churches and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable and the host clearly thought of details to make the stay more enjoyable like a variety of kitchen utensils, soap, towels, etc. The air conditioning was just what we needed, not being used to Arkansas July weather, and the apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I to base out of and explore some surrounding state parks and other areas. It definitely felt like a home away from home and the host went out of her way to be helpful and communicated well. We would highly recommend this rental and would love to stay there again if we are ever in the area! We loved being able to go for walks in the area. It felt very safe and friendly.

Nice place!

Really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and new. Check-in was easy. Bed was very comfortable. Couple of minor hiccups like no TV remote. The couch wasn't very comfortable. Otherwise everything was good.

Perfect!

We went to Searcy to visit and help our granddaughter move out of her dorm at Harding College. We are also former alumni of Harding. It's been probably 20 years since we have been back to Harding, so it was fun to see all the changes. We needed a place to lay our heads and visit with our granddaughter when we came back in for the night. It was just perfect! It was so comfortable and private. We had everything we needed and even enjoyed playing the game Hardingopoly. Thanks so much to the hosts. They answered all the questions and were there when we needed them.
