I provided my confirmation number and showed my email confirmation showing 2 rooms I was told there was only 1. The desk manager had an issue with her eye offering no solution. Although I sympathize with her eye issue her lack of customer support was the worst I have ever experienced. I never checked in and I cancelled my reservation going to a competitor hotel. "

When I answered the door, I discovered she could not speak or understand English. Why was she waking me up if she couldn't have a conversation with me? I still don't know what she wanted."
