"When I arrived at the hotel on February 12th, I was informed that they do not honor the booking website anymore despite that I paid for a room in advance. The hotel lacked in communicating this to me in advance, and I was forced to look for another room."

"Lack of communication. Started out with great communication and then had to cancel last minute because of High School tournament cancel tournament. Told me would give me a refund, but told me had to contact VBRO and when i did, she just never responded back to me. Its understandable that i wouldn't get a refback but dont say youll give someone a refund back and then ignore them."

"The property was very clean, inviting, and pleasant. The view of Lake Seminole was amazing, and having a dock in the back yard was perfect. We came into town for a guided duck hunting trip, but we were able to utilize the dock for fishing as well! We had such a great trip. Thank you so much for allowing us to make memories!"
