"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. "Very nice place and a great host! The pool was an amazing addition, the grill was amazing and the house was exactly as described! I would have to say that it was a little snug for my family of 5 BUT that’s only because of our previous visit last year in a bit bigger rental. I highly recommend this place with 10 stars because it’s exactly what was on the listing to a T!! There’s soooo much to do and it’s all in walking distance but the golf cart was definitely worth it for those farther out places. GREAT place to stay at an excellent price, thanks for everything!"

"Beach 2026The condo, the amenities, and the host all lived up to and even exceeded expectations given by previous guests who had given an overall rating of 10. I'd like to add our 10 to those previous ratingsThe condo was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. The balcony chairs, and high top table were first rate. The beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf was unimpeded. The walk down to the beach was very short and every day an umbrella and two chairs awaited us. A bonus was the close proximity of restaurants and most importantly the donut shop! The owner was quick to reply to my inquiries and always helpful in the replies. I hope we'll be able to return."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was very clean and well organized. We had all of the amenities inside our condo that we needed and more. You could tell there was attention paid to detail. All three generations in our party gave it a big thumbs up!The layout of the condo was good. The kids enjoyed their bunk room. The large bathrooms were much appreciated. The beds and the bedding were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of drawers and hangers for unpacking.The view of the beach and the ocean from the condo was beautiful. We loved our deck time, using the table and the lounge chairs. The tv in the living room was large and perfect for family movie night. The furniture was very comfortable. It was a good, "chill" place for all six of us.Beach access was very easy, and we had a lot of space to spread out - even on Memorial Day weekend! The water is crystal clear. The grandchildren could easily spend hours building sandcastles and playing in the surf. Small issues related to the property itself rather than this particular unit: the pool area could use a little attention and paint. The elevator was very dim. Brighter lights would help. Those small issues would not keep us from returning, however, and certainly do not reflect on this host! The host was very attentive and easy to reach. We couldn't ask for anything more from them! We hope to return with our small, three generation family again!"

"This was our 4th year staying at Donna's place. It feels like our summer home away from home at this point. You truly can't beat the location. My kids are older teens/young adults and this condo building doesn't typically have a lot of young kids so it's pretty chill, quiet and laidback. Because the building is 9 units, the private beach is usually not crowded at all. This year, I did notice people from neighboring buildings setting up and renting chairs at Leeward II's beach so I don't know if this is a new thing or not, but one day, over 20 people from other condos came over and set up. It's always been no shade canopies allowed but these people set them up so I'm not sure if that's also a new thing that's allowed. Just a heads up that you may or may not be able to set up shade canopies. In years' past, it's been very strict. For local fare, try Seagrove Village Market. The food is excellent! It's now valet parking only though so just know that going in. The condo has all the kitchen essentials (blender, coffee pot, etc) but be sure to bring your own seasonings, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels, etc. The master bed is so comfy and we slept so well. Enjoy the view off the balcony. It's gorgeous! Thank you Donna!!"
