"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I really liked that it is so new as it shows in the condition of the entire hotel. Our room was so large and clean and had a full (small size) kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of drawer and closet space which I really liked. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was a nice addition. We only picked on a few items which were all good. Grounds are well kept and a nice place to hang out at. We missed the live band but that's a nice option to have to do in the evening. I've already recommended this hotel."

"Check in was ok , I was checking in with my medical service dog and did email documentation to front staff person ( Cynthia ) . She was ok, could have provided a bit more customer service but perhaps she was at the end of shift . All the other staff people were very kind , helpful and nice . This hotel is dated , rooms ok, but need updates . The dacore is ok . The carpet is ok. The furniture really drab and the pull out couch is awful . I did not use but it looks like something from a garage sale . However , the bed was comfortable and black out shades worked . It was quiet and breakfast was fine ( had some fresh stuff ( eggs , fruit ) . But no plain yogurt . It was free so no major complaints . Lisa( working at breakfast buffet ) was very helpful and a joy to deal with . I made the mistake of not booking the newer Hampton inn (south Naples ) . It’s newer , modern and more Amendies "

"What a beautiful condo and location. The condo was clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the porch was the best surprise. It had a comfy couch and the most beautiful views of the sunset. Communication with our host was so easy and she responded quickly."

"Perfect for our trip. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was very nice. My only complaint is the surprise charge for the wristbands to access the property, it was an additional charge that was not mentioned in the listing. "

"Master bedroom closet is a mess ..full of unused stuff, rolled up carpet, paintings, etc. and when I went to put three hangers on the wire rack it fell off the wall. Also, the folding closet door is off the track and doesn’t close properly. Very comfortable living room, furniture, but the apartment could use some updating.. "
