The city of Seadrfit is on the northeast shore of San Antonio Bay. It is a great destination for fishing, kayaking, bird watching or just relaxing. Listen to the waves and feel the ocean breeze. Stay in our new cottage and enjoy a few days in this quiet, friendly, small Texas town without traffic, noise, or waiting in lines.

This home is a new construction completed in June 2022. Steps to water, boat ramps, and fishing pier!! There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for short or longer stays. There is a pull-out couch in the living room with enough room to add another full-size air mattress.
Free parking. Enough space to park a boat.
Note: there is another separate unit on the property. You might have to share parking with another guest.
Safety devices: There are two outdoor security cameras for the parking lot and patio. Both cameras are used to monitor the property during vacancy. And will be turned off during a guest’s stay.
What I like about this property: I bring my laptop and work here for a few days. I grab some lunch from the food truck and eat on the front porch. After work, I make some dinner or go grab something from one of the restaurants here. Drink a beer and watch the sunset on the porch. And then start fishing at dusk across the street or at the pier. Do everything without driving! Enjoy a walk along the ocean in the morning after your coffee.
