2501 Chateau by the Green

With 1,800 square feet of living space, this home overlooks the 5th green of Crooked Oaks Golf Course with beach and pools 5 minutes away.

This first floor villa is nestled on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by live oaks draped with Spanish moss. Beach style decorating in soft greens, greys and blues, gives the chateau lovely touches that make it a special retreat for your vacation. You'll discover a wide open yet cozy home, all on one level. Hardwood floors, wainscoting, built-in bookshelves, and a 45” SmartTV with Xfinity OnDemand are just a few of the living room highlights (fireplace is decorative only). Step through the French doors onto the open porch for sunning, relaxing or grilling.

The open floor plan encourages interaction. Share stories from your day while dining around the table that seats 6 or more. The well-stocked kitchen has granite counters, bar seating for 2, and stainless appliances…all the comforts of home. Cooking is easy in this great kitchen. And there is a gas grill for your use as well!

This roomy villa has three bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, custom closet, fireplace and large wall mounted smart TV. Wake up in the master suite to a walk in shower and morning coffee on the attached screened porch overlooking the green. Down the hall is another spacious en suite bedroom with queen size bed, TV and attached, newly renovated bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a day bed with a trundle bed, desk, TV and custom closet.

Seabrook Island…the best kept secret!! You'll love its versatility, tranquility and incredible beauty. Every season has its appeal! There's something for everyone… families, golfers and couples… 2 Championship golf courses (also Kiawah Island next door), more than 3 miles of Atlantic Ocean beach, “The Club,” which includesa pool, restaurants, a tennis center and equestrian center (your amenity card will provide access). The nearby marina provides boat rentals & fishing charters. All of this vacation fun is located just 30 minutes from Charleston, filled with amazing restaurants, history and charm. And for dining or shopping nearby, you'll find the new Freshfields Village area or the Bohicket Marina only minutes away.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This property includes access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
