Just off the main living area, step outside into the private screened porch, an ideal bug-free sanctuary for morning coffee, reading, or relaxing in the evening shade. An outdoor grill is ready for easy afternoon barbecues.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for families and groups. The private master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Upstairs, the open loft is outfitted with bunk beds and its own flat-screen TV, creating a fun, dedicated hangout and sleeping space for kids or teens.

Four beach chairs are provided at the cottage, making trips to the sand simple and hassle-free. With complimentary Club Amenity Cards included, you have full access to the oceanfront Seabrook Island Beach Club pools, championship golf, tennis, pickleball, and club dining, with miles of private beaches just minutes away.

• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is included with your digital amenity card. Complimentary access to the outdoor pool at the Lakehouse is also included.
• PARKING: Maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes permitted.
• CHILDREN: Children are welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed, thank you for understanding.

• LSV GOLF CARTS: Both electric and gas-powered LSVs are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count toward the vehicle pass limit.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER SUPPLIES: Fresh bed linens, bath towels, and hand towels are supplied for your visit. A starter pack including hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, laundry detergent, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge is provided. Four beach chairs and an outdoor grill are provided for your stay. Beach towels are not included.

• WASHER & DRYER: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard coffee maker is provided on site. Please bring your favorite ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Daily access to the Lakehouse fitness center and indoor lap pool carries a fee of $16 per guest. Outdoor Lakehouse pool access requires amenity paperwork submitted two weeks before check-in.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a $45 gate pass fee per vehicle for island entry. This property allows up to 2 vehicle passes. Driver names are due one week prior to check-in. Both electric and gas-powered LSVs are permitted, and each counts as a vehicle toward the gate pass limit.

• CHECK IN: Keyless entry details are sent before arrival for seamless self check-in. Our island-based team is on call by phone or text if any assistance is needed during your stay.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: Sandpiper Management & Vacation Rentals is locally owned, fully licensed, and based right on Seabrook Island. We provide attentive support from your initial booking through departure.

• THE SANDPIPER EXCEPTIONAL CLEAN STANDARD: Professionally cleaned and sanitized. All bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) are laundered at appropriate temperatures prior to each stay. Properties are inspected and held to stringent hospitality standards. Exceptional stays start with an exceptional clean.

• THE AREA: Enjoy pristine coastline, marsh trails, equestrian outings, and two premier golf courses. Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina sit right outside the gates, while downtown Charleston is a picturesque 21-mile trip.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: In the event of an official Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island during your reserved dates, 100% of rental payments and deposits will be refunded. Inclement weather conditions elsewhere do not qualify for refunds. Travel insurance is recommended during hurricane season.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and within 15 feet of all exterior doors and windows. Remediation fines apply to violations.

• PARTIES: House parties, loud gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours are observed community-wide.
