Just beyond your front door is the Crab Dock and Kayak launch. Grab a fishing pole, throw out a crab trap or launch your paddle board, kayak, or small boat on the tidal marsh. Ocean waves rolling ashore can be seen in the distance. Watch closely and you may even see a Shrimp Boat heading home with their days haul. You also have access the the community pool across the street at the Creekwatch Villas. This fabulous rental property exudes low country charm both inside and out. After a day of fun at the beaches or playing at the Beach Club pools you will enjoy the peace and quiet found at the Duneloft Villas!
A wonderful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon lemonade. Feel the cool breezes from the marsh blow through each evening as you wrap up your day. Step from the screen porch into the main floor of the villa. Immediately notice the welcoming open floor plan. The rooms feel spacious with wooden floors running throughout the villa and vaulted ceilings with large ceiling fans circulating the air. Plenty of comfortable seating can be found in the great room. Enjoy the 55 Smart TV. Please note the fireplace is decorative only. The dining area sits between the great room and the kitchen. Meals can accommodate a group six at the large table. In the beautiful kitchen cooking won t ever feel like a chore! There are stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter tops, and custom cabinets.
The primary bedroom is on this main floor and features a King bed and private bath with walk-in tiled shower. Open the sliding doors in this bedroom and step out to your private deck where raised Adirondack chairs await. You will be able to watch the deer saunter by as they graze. The main guest bedroom has a Queen bed and private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. For those needing to catch up with the office there is a desk and chair in the guest bedroom. A laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer is tucked beneath the staircase which leads to the second floor.
The second floor is a special place unto itself. This roomy loft has 2 Twin beds and a half bath with pedestal sink and toilet. Sliding doors lead out to the private deck. A great vantage spot for star gazing!
The raised floor plan of this villa provides great gathering spots below your home. You can curl up with a book in one of the oversized chairs and watch nature play just beyond your reach. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table with seating for 4. Or catch a nap while relaxing in the hammock swings. There is a propane grill for you to use.

Its situated approx. halfway between beach accesses 1&2 and Freshfields which is nice, and the screened in porch (which is a rarity in our SBI experience) is fantastic. We were blessed with fairly cool weather and literally spent most of our house time on the porch. Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Duneloft Villa. It was very clean and beautifully renovated. All of the furnishings were comfortable and we loved the screen porch.
