This unique multi level property offers panoramic vistas of Seabrook Islands' low country splendor from floor to floor that will keep you coming back every year. Close to the Tennis Center, Lake House, and bike paths you'll love the convenience of this location. Additional benefits include a neighborhood pool and community dock for your enjoyment. This 2 bedroom (Master with adjoined bunk room), 2 baths, sleeps 4 in beds plus a sleeper sofa in the sun room and is the perfect island getaway.
The master bedroom is on the first level featuring a queen bed, 55” HDTV with Netflix and access to a private deck. The hall access master bath has a marble vanity, tub/shower combination and hair dryer.
Please note: The guest bunk room with 1 set of extra long twin bunk beds is accessed through the master bedroom and has its own privacy door. This room also has access to the lower level deck. Both bedrooms share the master bath.
The dining room is on the middle level with table seating for 8 and is adjacent to the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked including stainless appliances & marble counter tops. Modern décor throughout is crisp and clean.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45 vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Only GAS LSVs allowed- gate pass required LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Wonderful stay ! 1st time on Seabrook and really enjoyed our villa and access to beach club and pool. Great beaches and loved that beach is dog friendly.
We were displaced do to hurricane Helene and we were able to quickly and easily move our family into the townhouse. It was spacious and enough room for everyone to find a place of solitude. Easy access to pool and walking trails as well as a quick ride to the beach. A blessing in a turbulent time for our family.
Exactly as expected! This was our third time as a family (husband plus two teens) visiting Seabrook and this was probably our best rental. We always stay in the same area off the south side of Seabrook Island Rd where we can appreciate the marsh views, and this time did not disappoint. The condo was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was large and modern. The family room and adjacent sun room gave us plenty of options for lounging. We brought extra toilet paper and paper towels as we usually need both, and we never had to touch them as the condo was well supplied. We did have to bring our own beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, so be prepared for that. For the first time we also brought our dog. The back door leading to a private area was perfect for letting her out. For those visiting Seabrook for the first time we recommend parking at access point 2 as this is the best stretch of beach. If your kids are younger you can easily walk to the equestrian center and feed carrots to the horses. The public crab dock--bring a net and bait--is also fun (we did not try out the private crab dock by the villa). And the pool for this complex was large and usually quite empty, even on the hottest days. We never have any need to purchase the island amenity cards with so much to do for free.
Property is bright and airy. Nice vaulted ceilings, great kitchen and living spaces. Small patio overlooking the salt marsh perfect for outdoor eating and watching nature.
What a beautiful location and the home is just beautiful. We love the decor and the kitchen is perfect (even though we ate out most of the time) I would loved to have cooked in it! I enjoyed my morning coffee looking out over the marsh and the peaceful atmosphere, we would love to come back again. Thanks so much!

Beautiful area; love the marsh. Sunsets exquisite! Lockbox didn't work initially and the place was not that clean, but otherwise amazing.
This condo was perfect. My 2 adult children and myself stayed when were in SC for a wedding. The view out the back of the unit was GORGEOUS. Every single day. Calm and peaceful. I would definitely stay here over and over. 5 ⭐️
Very peaceful and we were able to visit and enjoyed the restaurants nearby.
Only issue was a musty smell downstairs. One of my friends has allergies so it did bother her some. As we were preparing to depart, we were going to start a load of towels, but the washer had something dripping onto the top. So I called and reported the problem about the washer. We hung towels back up as instructed in rules.
We did enjoy our stay and will return to Seabrook again!!

We’ve had the pleasure of enjoying Seabrook for 12+ years, we’ve rented various homes/condos & this one was by far the worst. The VRBO pictures were lovely & the previous reviews solid, we were so excited! BUT—-The condo was absolutely filthy, months of dust/grime build up…it is in serious need of a deep cleaning. I shared pictures with the mngt. company & I really hope they utilize our feedback to make the condo better for future renters.
Additionally, the condo had a very strong musty/mold smell…which made the already dirty experience worse.
I would not recommend this property to anyone who is concerned with cleanliness.
Just got back from spending a week in Seabrook and absolutely loved it! I’ve never been to this part of the state before and it’s a real gem. The condo was a great location -loved being right across the street from the pool so we could just walk right on over. Just a great trip all around, everybody was very accommodating and friendly and I will definitely be going back in the future!
It is a beautiful and lovely place to stay. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
We found a few things that could be fixed like batteries for smoke alarms and small things like getting the downstairs tub
to drain properly and the shower curtain bleached. The vacuum bag was full. Those little things that could be readily fixed and we left a note for whomever cleans. It is such a nice place that keeping it up is most important. One thing is this, the Amenity cards just get you in the door to the pool or wherever and then you are charged again which is not told up front to people who are quests. It would have been nice to be told the truth. All in all if they would have us we would stay there again. Thank you
