This inviting cottage features three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering an ideal setup for families or close friends. The open-concept, single-level living area is filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space to gather. Coastal furnishings, a large screen TV, a ceiling fan, and grasscloth wall accents bring a relaxed Lowcountry feel to the room, which opens directly to the expansive screened-in porch.

The fully equipped kitchen provides modern appliances and ample counter space, making vacation cooking seamless. Enjoy meals at the dining table inside, or step out onto the screened-in porch to dine al fresco in the ocean breeze. Out on the deck, a grill makes family cookouts simple. With multiple sofas, comfortable chairs, and a large dining table, the porch is an easy favorite for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, large closet, and direct access out to the porch. Its private ensuite bath includes a large vanity and a tub and shower combination. Across the living room, two guest bedrooms offer quiet privacy. The first guest room features a plush queen bed, while the second offers two twin beds. These rooms share a full hallway bath with a tub and shower combination.

Downstairs on the ground level, guests will find a covered carport for parking, a full-size washer and dryer, and a dedicated lounge area with seating and a ping-pong table, creating a great hangout spot after a day in the sun.

• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards are optional and available for $55 per day. This offers access to the Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. The Lakehouse outdoor pool is accessible free of charge.
• POOL: Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. There is a fee for gate passes. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle.
• CHILDREN: Children are welcome.
• PET POLICY: Pet friendly. Well behaved dogs are welcome with our prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet stay applies.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed. LSVs must have a pass and count as a vehicle toward the 3 vehicle maximum.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. A $69 non-refundable fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage applies. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily rate of $16 per person.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located on the ground floor of this cottage for your convenience. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. The Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee of $45 per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes per stay. There is parking in the carport area and in an adjacent off street space. Parking on the pine straw or street is prohibited. The $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV golf carts count as a vehicle.

• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and monies paid by the traveler. The Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states prohibiting the traveler or guests in the traveler's group from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $65 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
