Light and bright with an open floor plan, custom kitchen with leathered marble counters and large island for entertaining, wet bar, All linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. Just bring your beach towels!

    Master with LUXURY King bed mattress flat screen TV, private bathroom. LUXURY Queen bed mattress with flat screen TV in 2nd bedroom! Full Bathroom in the hallway. This villa is fully equipped for 4 people.

Great Getaway

The villa was a great choice for our month long getaway to Seabrook. The location is close to the beach and backs up onto the golf course, the property was clean and updated, and the host was very responsive to all of our needs.

You just can't go wrong with Seabrook. The best. The condo was very nice, check-in was easy. No problems, no snags. Pool was very nice. The beaches are heaven.

Love the beaches at Seabrook Island; walkway 2 was our favorite spot. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a small single family getaway.

Great place!

We came down to SC for a golf tournament and were very fortunate to find this space on the course I was playing. Very happy with the experience and the owner went out of her way to answer questions and make us comfortable. The town home surpassed our expectations - clean / roomy enough for 2-4 people / modern feel yet warm with a family vibe. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone heading to the low country for vacation!

Beautiful Island Getaway

This property was just perfect for our family of four. It is exactly as described in the description. Beautifully decorated, very clean, perfect location and so much more. Betsy is really wonderful and so easy to work with. She provided us with all the information we needed for our stay and even checked in with us once we arrived to see if we needed anything. Truly a great experience and an absolute dream vacation!

Seabrook

We just love Seabrook. The condo was vey clean and homey, lots of beach reads available. Near beach access (about 5 min drive) and lake house amenities included. We did not purchase a beach club amenities card, but if you have little kids and want a pool, then it might be worth it. Our teens prefer the surf. Check out the island activities on their Facebook page, we were able to see sea turtle babies leave their nest and walk to the sea. I would wholly recommend a stay here and we will probably be back.

Seabrook Island

Property was clean and big enough for two people. All necessary items for a month long stay were there. A large table on the patio would be nice for having a meal outside especially for longer stays. Betsy was very responsive to all our requests. The use of the guest amenity card was also nice to have. We as golfers did not use the islands golf course as they were pricey. Overall if you want to go to the Beach and stay in the gated community is the place to go. Getting out of the islands is time consuming.

Greatest Weekend Ever!!

My teenage daughters and I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday. This place was the perfect weekend getaway. It was pristinely clean, the perfect location, great view of the golf course, and super cute inside. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. We rented bikes, (the bike rental company delivered the bikes and picked them up) and we rode all over the island. The beach is super close. The Lakehouse pool (included in our stay) was very clean and fun. The gym was very nice too. Betsy was amazing!!! She answered our questions promptly. She is very sweet and kind and cares about your stay. We will definitely be back!!! Such a nice slice of paradise.
