Extensively updated! Spectacular 1st floor ( no stairs!) villa with golf course views. Light and bright with an open floor plan, custom kitchen with leathered marble counters and large island for entertaining, wet bar, All linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. Just bring your beach towels!
We have a guest of owner card giving you FREE access to pools and workout facilities at the LAKEHOUSE!

Master with LUXURY King bed mattress flat screen TV, private bathroom. LUXURY Queen bed mattress with flat screen TV in 2nd bedroom! Full Bathroom in the hallway. This villa is fully equipped for 4 people.

143 High Hammock Villa is .6 Miles from Pelican Beach and 1 mile from the Beach Club pools, Island House restaurants, and Seabrook's miles of wide open beach!

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the SEABROOK ISLAND BEACH CLUB may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. ($300week or $50day) (For entire villa occupants.) This card give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

OFF SEASON RATES ARE REDUCED. Low season rate November-February $40/day $240/week.

Great place!

We came down to SC for a golf tournament and were very fortunate to find this space on the course I was playing. Very happy with the experience and the owner went out of her way to answer questions and make us comfortable. The town home surpassed our expectations - clean / roomy enough for 2-4 people / modern feel yet warm with a family vibe. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone heading to the low country for vacation!

It was perfect for our family!! Perfect space and loved not having to drag luggage and groceries up steps!! The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and the island bar was a great place to gather while cooking and eating!! The back patio was surprisingly big with a great golf course view! Christmas on Seabrook Island

We were very pleased with the size, decor, furnishings, kitchen equipment. Other than the screen door needing to be replaced, the home was perfect for our visit. We even had enough room to host Christmas eve dinner for 11. The owner was very responsive to our questions and very easy to reach.

Great rental option in Seabrook

Cute and well-appointed condo. Betsy is thorough and responsive. A bit of a walk to the beach if you're carrying stuff, but an easy bike ride or quick drive (plenty of parking). We really enjoyed having access to the Lake House amenities with the guest pass. $25/day for the family to go to the Club was well worth it for the private beach with plenty of umbrellas for shade and easy access to food and drink. Don't miss Tuesday happy hour.

Seabrook

We just love Seabrook. The condo was vey clean and homey, lots of beach reads available. Near beach access (about 5 min drive) and lake house amenities included. We did not purchase a beach club amenities card, but if you have little kids and want a pool, then it might be worth it. Our teens prefer the surf. Check out the island activities on their Facebook page, we were able to see sea turtle babies leave their nest and walk to the sea. I would wholly recommend a stay here and we will probably be back.

Seabrook Island

Property was clean and big enough for two people. All necessary items for a month long stay were there. A large table on the patio would be nice for having a meal outside especially for longer stays. Betsy was very responsive to all our requests. The use of the guest amenity card was also nice to have. We as golfers did not use the islands golf course as they were pricey. Overall if you want to go to the Beach and stay in the gated community is the place to go. Getting out of the islands is time consuming.

Incredible condo in quiet golf course complex

We loved everything about this condo! The condo is spacious and has everything we needed. Very comfortable and well-furnished. Even includes a ground-level patio that overlooks the golf course. Seabrook is a quiet, peaceful island with lots of beautiful homes and wildlife. We loved using our (rented) bikes to get around. Beach access is fairly close. Lakehouse pool was our favorite. Will certainly be back next summer!

Great Getaway

The villa was a great choice for our month long getaway to Seabrook. The location is close to the beach and backs up onto the golf course, the property was clean and updated, and the host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Beautiful Island Getaway
