1135 Summerwind
Located in the Summerwind neighborhood, this home is nestled in the trees and overlooks the 2nd hole of Crooked Oaks golf course. Conveniently located just 1 mile from the Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf courses, you and your family and friends can enjoy a peaceful retreat while being close to so many of Seabrook Islands great amenities. Hop on your bikes and take the short ride to Pelican Beach to watch the sunset over the Edisto River. Ride in the other direction to North Beach where you'll enjoy open sands and maybe even see the dolphins strand feeding. This cottage is perfect for your Seabrook Island vacation!

The living area features comfortable seating around the fireplace outfitted with special candles to make it cozy. The large HDTV and DVD are great for watching your favorite shows or movies. The home has hardwood floors throughout and fresh paint on the walls. At the end of the day, gather around the dining room table that seats six. The large kitchen has many nice updates including granite countertops, tile backsplash and well stocked cabinets. There is a stacked washer/dryer tucked in the closet. Sit around the kitchen table for four while enjoying breakfast or lunch. Or the children might enjoy making a puzzle or playing a board game during the day. Sliding doors from both the living room and master bedroom lead to a screened porch that has wicker furnishings and a table to gather around with cool drinks. Shaded by live oaks draped in Spanish moss, you have a view to the difficult par 5 through the trees. The porch has also been reinforced so it is safe for both the children and pets to play!

This great cottage has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and bright yellow decor. It has crisp white furniture and an HDTV for viewing. Sliding doors lead to the screened porch. The en suite bath has a large vanity and a shower/tub. On the opposite side of the home are the two additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, sunny decor and HDTV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk above and an HDTV. Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with a skylight and a shower/tub.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Memorial Day weekend

The condo was great. Clean, well equipped and really liked the porch. Great kitchen and eating spaces. So glad that they are so dog friendly. It was a good time for ALL! Little glitch with fridge, cleaning people hadn’t closed freezer tight. Freezer and fridge warm when we arrived. Got it taken care of. Would not stop us from coming again.

Perfect family beach vacation

This was our second time staying in a Summerwind property and we loved it! Clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. Our young kids just loved the bunk beds! The location is great, it overlooks the golf course, very quiet and pretty. Summerwind is in a great spot, close to the beach and club house pool, we will definitely be back next summer!

Beautiful home and convenient location to all amenities. Inviting screened in back porch was a favorite gathering place for our family. Home has everything you need and the floor plan layout is perfect for families!

Property was very clean and very well laid out. Full compliment of kitchen accessories. The only negative was that the master bed mattress was extremely firm and a bit uncomfortable. That said, I would stay at this property again.

Family friendly vacation!

We love coming to Seabrook, and we always stay at this house-maybe 6 or 7 times? It's the perfect location-close enough to the club pool and beach, but secluded and quiet. The house is the perfect size for us, especially with the new trundle bed in the kids' room. Everything is new-furniture, appliances, etc-and clean. We will certainly be back!

Lovely Home

Overall great experience with this rental home. Layout worked well for one adult couple and 3 teenagers. We love the Summerwind location and enjoyed biking everywhere. Kitchen was well-equipped and home was nicely furnished. Only wish that the ceiling fans on the porch had a higher speed.

Wonderful Easter Break

1135 Summer Wind worked out perfectly for our family! The accommodations worked well and the location was great. We especially enjoyed the selection of games and puzzles! When we were at the house, most of our time was spent on the screen porch, enjoying the golf view and peaceful setting. As a family with small children, we especially appreciated the full set of children's cups and dishes. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Secluded location in the heart of Seabrook

Whole family plus dogs had a great week. House was perfectly sized, close to beach, bike and golf. There was a screened porch for the dogs ad we appreciated the washer and dryer for our active family. Thank you!!!

Great cottage

Clean, beautiful view of golf course. We had 3 teens and a 7 month puppy and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We enjoyed the screen porch very much!

July 4 weekend

Really enjoyed our stay. About a mile, easy bike ride, from the main beach and restaurant. We have stayed in Seabrooke before, and enjoy the slower pace. Lots of deer, dolphins, and fun runs in the morning. Well stocked for all our grilling and other dinners.

Excellent property in Seabrook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. Everything was exactly as publicized, and you included all necessary amenities for us to enjoy a great week. Wonderful beach cottage

We love visiting Seabrook, and this home is perfect for a family vacation. It’s about one mile from the club and pool, and about two miles from the fitness center. It’s a nice short walk or bike ride to the beach. The home has brand new appliances, a beautiful view of hole 2 on Crooked Oaks, and is on a quiet cul de sac. We love staying here and return year after year!

Fantastic cottage on beautiful, family-friendly cul de sac

We just returned from our very peaceful stay at 1135 Summerwind. I hope we can come back next summer. The house is perfect for families especially if you are bringing your dog. We had three kids (15, 12, and 7) and our lab mix Midnight. There was plenty of room for everyone. We all really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. We ate dinner out on the porch almost every night. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. I like to cook so we ate in every night, and I had everything I needed. The wifi was great and easy to use. The furniture and bedding all appeared to be brand new. The beach decor was a treat, and added to the vacation feel. We also used the gas grill extensively. It was easy to operate and also appeared to be brand new. The amenities card was great, and we went to the Beach Club every day. It was nice to be able to get free towels with the card. I was also amazed at all the wildlife we saw...deer, horseshoe crabs, dolphins, and stingrays. The location is also very family friendly. Our youngest enjoyed playing hide and seek and riding bikes with several other children that were vacationing on the street. The beach club is an easy 5 to 10 minute bike ride away. You can also drive there and park your car across the street. I just loved it, and I can't wait to go back!
