Primary Renter must be 25
No Parties/Events
Smoking of any kind prohibited
Quiet hours 11PM-7AM
Parking for 4 vehicles with drive-under parking for 2 of the vehicles
No street parking allowed overnight
Bikes/Beach Gear must not be visible from the street overnight or a fine will be imposed
Towels may not be draped over front porch railings

NOTES ON PARKING AND SEABROOK AMENITIES:
SkyRun has your gate pass covered for up to 2 vehicles! If you have a 3rd car, the fee for that gate pass is $45. Gate passes are INCLUDED with your SkyRun rental. If you need a 3rd, contact us at least 2 weeks before arrival ($45 additional). All rentals include amenity cards (via Seabrook APP) providing access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, and tennis. Additional greens and other fees may apply. There is a refundable $15/amenity card fee. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply)
Please note: guests must submit for their amenity cards at least 48 hours BEFORE arrival date to avoid additional fees.
