"No contential breakfast it is not a direct walk across to Mall of America like it looks on map but they had a free shuttle to mall and back "

"They have a great breakfast menu and bar service starting at 4 o’clock. At 5 o’clock they start serving dinner with lots of choices and all of them are good. I typically enjoy the brussels sprouts and the buffalo chicken wings. But I’ve had their bowls, salads, entrées, and soups, and they’re all good. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to the airport shuttle is running every half hour and they offer rides over to the mall of America. Great place."

"This hotel wowed us! The lobby area was beautiful and very family friendly with spots to hang out and play games. The rooms were very spacious and clean (we felt at ease having our toddler crawl around the room). The kitchenette with a full size fridge made meals with young children easy. Having on site laundry was amazing! We will definitely look for this hotel chain wherever we travel from now on. "

"The room was clean but overall basic. The bunkbed room for the kids was a fun feature. We stayed 4 nights and our room wasn’t serviced once. We needed to ask for garbage bags (to empty our own garbage) and fresh towels. We understand the hotel was very busy (Easter weekend) but having our room attended to once would have been nice."

"Overall not a bad experience but the charge for parking was unexpected and frustrating. The breakfast was just ok, pretty much the same thing everyday and no bacon :("

"While the room was clean the beds were terrible. Solid as concrete and the frames squeezed of metal and ended up moving. Bathrooms were in need of some updating. "
