This home has it all! If you enjoy nature, relaxation, and breathtaking water views then this rental is for you! Enjoy stunning sunsets with unobstructed bay views from the deck, living room, dining room, and two master bedroom suites. This home also features an ocean view from the second-floor deck. High-end interior features include hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and upscale kitchen and bathrooms. Relax and unwind in luxury as you spend time on a quiet and serene part of the island. You are within a short walk to the beach, library, “Fish Alley”, restaurants, playground, and other shopping. This home offers four bedrooms and a bonus room that can sleep 10. Master suite 1 offers top floor view, queen bed, double sink, and full tub with shower. Master suite 2 features a king bed, double sink, and large tile shower. The second master is spacious enough for a pack & play or an inflatable mattress, if desired. Both master suites face the bay. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom features a pyramid bunk bed with trundle underneath. The top bunk bed is a single, bottom bunk bed is full, and the hidden trundle is a single. This kid friendly room features an Xbox One, complete with games. The bonus room has a sleeper sofa, recliner, 49" LED TV, dresser, and Ping Pong Table. 32” flat screen TV’s are in each bedroom and larger flat screen TV’s are in the living and bonus rooms. The home is equipped with high speed internet & cable, gas grill, new deck furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Kuerig and dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, NEW central air replaced in May of 2019 and dual zone heating & cooling, ceiling fans, garage storage, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and bikes. There is an enclosed outside shower with a fenced in, private back yard! The driveway parks two cars with additional street parking. Two blocks from the beach with an ocean view from the 2nd floor deck of the home.

Great views and comfortable house

The house is comfortable and roomy and the deck views of the marsh area are peaceful and they offer wonderful sunset views. The bonus room is somewhat detached from the main living area. We did not use it at all, but I expect if you have a bigger group you would.The main bedroom downstairs was perfect for my daughter, son-in-law, and their infant to spread out it---also the room with the best view! The keys were not in the lock box when we arrived and I had to go to the real estate office to get them, but Troy, the owner, was accommodating and friendly. I would stay there again, but hopefully the parking will be resolved. My son got a ticket for parking in the street at the end of the driveway , but no signs were posted.
