- A well appointed 1 bedroom condo in the middle of everything that Sea Isle has to offer. Private parking, free beach tags, eat-in kitchen with full-sized fridge, and a balcony over looking Landis Avenue are just a few perks you'll enjoy when booking a stay with us. We are walking distance to the Promenade, retail stores, restaurants and bars, and of course.. the Beach! The condo association requires occupants to be over 25 years of age. (Please note: we do NOT provide bed sheets/pillow cases, bath or beach towels.)
