This cozy Sea Island cottage is located on east 27th street, just steps from the beautiful, private Sea Island beach. With it's spacious bedrooms, delightful reading nooks, and comfortable seating area's this home has the perfect ambiance for your vacation. Whether it's lounging by the pool, sipping wine on the screened in porch or preparing a meal in the kitchen, this lovely cottage is perfect for you!

Cottage 194 comfortably accommodates 16 people. 6 Bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, including 3 Master Bedroom Suites with king beds.

Bringing the little ones? Baby equipment is available for rent during your stay through Coastal Concierge SSI. Rental includes delivery upon arrival and and pick-up.

Leave dirty kitchen, pool and bath towels in the bathrooms or in laundry room. Start a load of pool towels in the washing machines.

Leave thermostats set as you found them upon your arrival.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
