Right at the end of the dream slope lies the Chasa Sentima – an exclusive Engadin palazzo that combines luxury, tradition and alpine cosiness in a unique way. The Chasa Sentima is located in Sent, one of the most picturesque villages in the Lower Engadin, known for its magnificent Engadin houses, historic fountains and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Just a stone's throw away from the glamorous metropolis of St. Moritz, Sent is at the same time a centre for culture and art that has always inspired artists. For example, the village is home to the world-renowned artist Not Vital and houses a museum where works by the famous Alberto Giacometti can be experienced. The spacious property with approximately 600 m2 of living space and 12 stylishly furnished rooms has been renovated with the utmost care and attention to detail and offers all the modern amenities one could wish for. With plenty of noble wood, high-quality materials and harmonious architecture, the house exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere – a place where you feel at home from the very first moment. The welcoming entrance area of Chasa Sentima impresses with a generous cloakroom, an elegant staircase to the first floor and access to a stylish lounge area, which is also perfectly suited as a home office space.
On the first floor you will find the piano, a spacious open-plan kitchen with high-quality fittings and a cosy wine lounge where you can end the day in style. The second floor houses three tastefully furnished bedrooms, a small living room with a second, open kitchen, as well as the large living room with fireplace, which promises pure moments of well-being. Here you will also find the sauna and direct access to the idyllic garden.
Another open corridor on the upper floor invites shared gaming sessions and sociable moments. This floor also features additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering the highest level of comfort and guaranteeing privacy.
After an active day on the slopes or a hike through the Engadin mountain world, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the sun terrace, relax in the panoramic sauna or end the evening in the hot pot under the starry sky – an experience that will stay with you.
The ski slope to Sent is open depending on snow conditions. Please contact us to find out whether the slope will be open during your stay.
Shopping facilities are conveniently within a few minutes' walk. The (ski) bus stop is only about 350 metres from the house. You can reach the valley station of the mountain railways and Scuol-Tarasp railway station in 10 minutes; the use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket during winter. Two garage parking spaces directly at the house round off the exclusive offer perfectly.
In summer as in winter, the surroundings invite you to take small and large walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadin, which begins right on your doorstep.
