"Gorgeous house with everything we needed! Clean, stocked, and with all the amenities. We were a group of 10 with one baby, and the house was the perfect size and location! Would recommend a car with 4-wheel drive if you’re expecting snow. "

"We had a great time for new years with a group of 24. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location of the home is fantastic for skiing at Sunday River. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the snow removal service. A few upgrades to pots/pans and sleeper sofa are recommended but overall a fantastic stay."

"We had a great long weekend stay at this beautiful mountain home with fabulous views of the fall foliage. The home itself was great, well appointed with plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking/meals. The views were a big part of what drew us to the house and the pictures shown were accurate and the real views lived up to the expectations! The location is great for its proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort as well as the beautiful Grafton Notch State Park and many hiking options. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!"
