Spring Break Vacay
This house was perfect. It had everything we needed. Beds were only meh, they were to uncomfortable for us, but it wasnt a deal breaker. Our family had the best time. thank you!
My family loved our stay here. Such a beautiful property & lots to do inside or outside! There are plenty of good hikes and parks near by and we had fun with the outdoor games on the property as well. The large windows into the living room made you want to sit on the couch all day.
House is beautiful and very livable. The location is great. Property was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is fully stocked with glasses/plates/ cooking accessories. The owner was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Spacious
We loved this house. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well organised and stocked. There are plenty of games, kayaks, and horse shoes to entertain the entire family. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is great for large families and spacious enough that we had our own spaces. We went for the eclipse and the owners surprised us with space themed goodies. We had a lovely stay.
We live in Minnesota and our son, daughter in law and 4 grandchildren under the age of 7 live in Arkansas. We try to visit as often as we can. Normally we stay in Clarksville where they live but we found this cabin like VRBO about 30 minutes south of Clarksville and decided this is where we wanted to be this time. We are very glad we did! The property was just as beautiful as the pictures showed it to be! It was clean, cozy and family friendly! We have stayed in several VRBO's and this was the nicest one! We will definitely stay here again as the whole family loved it. The owners couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating! Thank you!
The host was friendly and provided great information about the area. We had a great fishing trip! The house was perfect for 3 couples but could definitely accommodate more comfortably. We will definitely be back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. I introduced one of my grandsons to horseshoes and he was a natural! The fire pit was also a favorite gathering spot.
Got married and had family from out of state coming to stay, this was the perfect location for our family.. not only were Donna and Micah Amazing but their property is absolutely gorgeous! Will def be recommending this property and wanting to stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Good property on lake backwater
Its a overall good property next to the lake backwater (not the main or actual lake). There is a 2-3 mile dirt road access but it wasn't too bad. Few inconveniences we found during the check-out were that we had to load the towels into the washer, run the cycle and then had to wait to load them into the DRYER before check-out!! Few of the toiletries and kitchen cleaning stuff wasn't there, we had asked for a list of what to bring but never got a list what's available vs what's not at the house...my wife tried to call on the 1st day but no one picked up or called us back!! Just minor inconveniences compared to the other stays we have done over the years but all is all good property!!
Good stay but not very clean and super-slow internet speeds
Overall good, very nice communication with owners, very convenient access to the lake and nice dock. 1) Can be cleaned better – kitchen sink had some food leftovers, basket in one of the bathrooms had trash, game room – cookies and some cake crumbles in the basket under the pool table.
2)Internet was super-slow through our stay, slightly better than dial-up modem speeds of 90s. In these days 200-300Kbs speeds are not acceptable. It is probably OK if you just need to check email and don’t mind waiting. If you need to skype or remote to your work – forget about it. Also keep in mind if you have T-mobile as your cell service provider you are out of luck - very poor reception in the area.
We loved it!! The atmosphere was wonderful. So picturesque, quiet, and we wanted for nothing. MIcah was an incredible host. We were there during an incredible ice and snow storm and Micah checked in on us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. What a perfect place to be snowed in. We will definitely come back. Hopefully when the weather is a bit better so we can enjoy the outdoor areas more. Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful home!
What an awesome setting lakeside with all the cicadas and noises of the forest. So peaceful and quiet. Perfect for our family. Very relaxed environment. Loved it
We had an enjoyable stay at this location! Clean and well maintained property, they had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed using the fire pit with firewood provided! One thing to note: the last bit of the drive to the house is gravel, unpaved, with quite a steep hill at the end (much easier with SUV or truck!)—nobody had any serious problems but those with smaller cars said it was a little difficult to drive up. The location is a bit out of the way from stores or restaurants so plan ahead to grocery shop/bring food. Overall would definitely recommend this location!

The house is wonderful and it’s location by the lake was amazing. Nightly fires by the fire pit and lounging on the deck was wonderful.
Trying to sleep in (for some peace & quiet)... not so much. Nextdoor neighbor with a bulldozer thought that slinging boulders around at 8am (even on Sunday morning) was a good thing.
This obviously isn’t the owners fault, but it was very disappointing since part of getting away to this cabin was for some peace & quiet.
Everything else about the house is as advertised. No complaints. Just check to see what construction jobs the nextdoor neighbor has planned before arriving.

The property was amazing! We spent 95% of our time on the private dock. We stayed M-F and barely saw a soul...it was so peaceful and secluded. Four people fished off the dock. The fish were pretty small but we had no intention of keeping them anyway. It was fun just watching them catch fish after fish. We would most definitely stay there again!
