Fisherman's Dream, Beautiful lake house with stunning lake views and boat house

Brand new, absolutely beautiful lake house with stunning lake views and an open boat house. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 8. It would be great for a weekend getaway or a fishing trip. Conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighborhood between Goosepond Colony and City Park boat launches, this is the ideal place for fishermen. There is plenty of paved parking for trucks and trailers. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen and large dining space, master bath with a beautiful tile shower and freestanding soaking tub. There is a large wrap-around porch with a grill, including a separate screened porch with a TV and outdoor fireplace.

Super nice and convenient

House is super nice and roomy and has everything you need. Super close to Goose Pond so if you are fishing it is very convenient. Also plenty of parking if you have a boat with you. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect Getaway!

Amazing place to stay! The house was beautiful, and the screened patio with tv and fireplace made for a nice place to spend the evenings. Plenty of room to park the truck and boat, with easy in/out access to the main road. Nice location to access both Guntersville and Huntsville. Super clean and comfortable house with friendly and responsive hosts!

Great Home and Neighborhood

Home was exactly as shown. No smoke or pets. Clean and neat. The neighborhood was a nice place to walk and sit outside. Beds were very comfortable.

We rented this place for a family getaway and to serve as a home base for daily fishing excursions. It was nothing short of fantastic, w/ more than enough space for everybody, immaculate cleanliness, and easy access to both Scottsboro and everything Lake Guntersville has to offer!

Beautiful convenient location

Stunning house with a great location to everything Scottsboro has to offer. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Sofas and chairs all are very comfortable. King size bed was comfortable and linens were very nice. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful lake house

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and comfortable lake house. The neighborhood was new and so well developed. While not directly on the lake we had pretty views of it. The host was very quick to respond when there was a problem with the toilet and it was quickly fixed while we were out and about.

Beautiful home close to activities

This was a great home base for our girls’ weekend. The house is as gorgeous as the photos suggest, with a large kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfy beds. We hit Unclaimed Baggage, lunch and shopping in the cute downtown, and then explored Cathedral Caverns. Looks like lots of good hiking in the area but the weather did not cooperate. Victoria was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our questions.

Lovely home

The home is spacious, decorated beautifully, and well appointed. We cooked several meals and had what we needed in the kitchen. Porch and screen porch were nice for sitting and visiting. Very nice neighborhood.

Perfect location!

Better than description! Immaculate and spacious - Close to amenities. Four siblings met for second annual reunion near our father in Huntsville. The house was perfect for our gathering - so much so that we decided to host a family lunch instead of meeting at a restaurant. Highly recommend!!

Family golf trip

Beautiful new home, very clean, and comfortable for family. Close to Goose Pond Lake golf course and many good restaurants. Contacted Victoria just before check in and she responded quickly. We very much enjoyed our stay. We were surprised to find that the home was not on the waterfront and did not have a view of Guntersville Lake.

Beautiful Lake Home

One of the nicest homes we’ve rented thus far . Exceptionally clean, interior was beautiful. A couple of minor things to improve upon kitchen could have been better stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies . Be aware home is not directly lake front , but does have a limited view from front porch. Plenty of parking for both vehicles and boats , neighborhood was absolutely quiet and lovely . Communication with host was great. We will definitely stay again in the future.

There were six of us. we enjoyed our stay very much. the home was large and spacious. The home was very clean with all the items we needed. We all enjoyed the sunroom. We were able to have quiet time as well as time together. There was ample parking for 3 automobiles and two boats. Great time with friends!

Lovely home

Beautiful home, nice location. Comfortable furniture. Surprised by a loud pressure washing crew cleaning exterior of house when we returned for dinner. (Host Victoria wasn’t aware they’d been scheduled.) Recommend adding some house numbers to the house to aid in locating. Victoria was very responsive to any questions we had.
