I booked this place for my husband’s work trip. I believed it would be better than other places as it had better reviews and was a little more expensive. He found women’s hair in his shower and the breakfast that was offered was just coffee and diy waffles. Was very disappointed.

The pool was closed down which was the only reason we booked this hotel. I booked it an hour before checking in, and they refused to cancel and refund my reservation. We got to our room which was recently renovated and the floor was splattered with a red substance between the wall and the bed. I asked to switch rooms and the next room also had chunks of mud on the floor, hair on the bathroom sink, used shampoo/conditioner bottles, stained comforter, and was not clean at all.

rooms were clean. staff was very friendly. there was roof working going on so grounds were messy. cable on tv was out. was moved to another room with updated tv/roku but there was no sound for the tv ( even after everything was checked). minimal breakfast

Pool wasn’t working but staff was smoking in it. Blinds wouldn’t close on ground level with people visiting outside it. Money wasn’t returned when spoken to staff about conditions for the night. Won’t be back.

Not coming back
The room was clean. The pool was closed. The breakfast was nothing but sweet carbs. No yogurt or fruit. There was no hot water. The person on duty Saturday morning was hateful. I asked for a discount. I’m not holding my breath. Would not recommend this hotel!

Office personnel was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was poorly maintained and unusable. The parking lot and the exterior dirty and unkept.

General room and bathroom lighting was really poor. Breakfast was the most limited selection any breakfast at any place I have stayed. Air conditioning was really noisy. Bed was comfortable but not all pillows had pillow cases. Towels seemed old & worn.

This place is spilt-level (1st floor down a flight of stairs, 2nd floor up a flight of stairs) with no working elevator. Not good for mobillity-challenged guests. Bathroom was filthy, white towels were dingy grey, not sure when the last time the tub was cleaned. Limited “breakfast” and cramped eating area. Hallway carpet did not allow for smooth luggage transport, wheels kept grabbing the dips in burbour carpet. Choose another option if available.

Overall it was a stay. My room was reasonably clean. The floor was sticky in spots. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, water pressure was ok lower than I like but better than most. What really bothered me was that the air conditioner must be controlled from the office. I had set the temperature that would be comfortable but at some point someone or somehow the temp was raised in the middle of the night. I hd it set to a comfy 70 degrees but woke with it at 81. Unless there is a ghost in the room then the office adjusted it. On the controls of the air conditioner is a light that looks like a WiFi symbol. I’m assuming it’s connected to the office. For this reason I will look elsewhere next time I’m in town.

We were disappointed by this stay. We chose this hotel primarily because they had a pool, and when we arrived we discovered it was closed for maintenance. They didn’t offer any discount because of this. The floor of our hotel room was dirty, our feet looked black after walking around in it. The front door was stuck and was difficult to close and I jammed my finger in it. There was a reddish stain on our bedsheets. There was no fresh fruit offered during the breakfast. It was just over all, a bummer. We tried to make the best of it, but we were very glad to leave.

There were roaches in our room .Dead roaches by the pool .Did not even stay after noticing the bugs .Was told I would receive a full refund and still got charged for the 3 days I was not there .
