Large Country Retreat in Beautiful Updated Guesthouse 10 mins from Silverton

Property will be decorated for the Holidays!

A 1,600 sq ft updated bardominium fully furnished and equipped. You will find a living room with flat screen tv, gas stove, and a variety of sitting option. There is an adjoining sitting area with a twin size fold down couch and a desk. Property has excellent wifi. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances. Kitchen island has seating for 4 and dinning room has a large table with seating for 6 and option of adding a leaf. Finishing out the main floor is the bathroom with a large walkin shower, vanity, seperate water closet and stacked washer/dryer area. Upstairs you will find an exspansive loft operating as the master bedroom complete with king size memory foam mattress, large closet, robes, luggage racks, flat screen tv, sitting area, additional murphy style full size memory foam mattress, bookcase with a lending library and a variety of board games, puzzles, and toys, and a minisplit supplying air conditioning and heating. There is plenty of parking in front of the guesthouse. You are welcome to explore our 19 acre property and enjoy the abundant wildlife, peaceful views, and solitude. Just 10-12 minutes from downtown Silverton.

Please do not use the woodstove at this time as we are in the process of switching it out to a propane one.
Please stay off all equpiment and out of the machine shed, barn, shop, and backyard of the main house.

Great folks - first rental use

Great people - it was the first time this was on the market and we loved it. Few hiccups they’re working out but strongly recommend renting this from Sabrina. Close to the Abbey, close to good food, and great hiking nearby!

Great secluded little spot! No noise other than some ducks and chickens in the morning times lol. Would 100% recommend staying here! Only thing you should know is the bedroom is upstairs and the only bathroom is down so keep that in mind. However like I said 100% would recommend staying here and next time we come back we will be as well!
