A few steps from the sea completely renovated, well furnished and equipped apartment. On the first floor, the apartment has a living room / kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom. Rooms all bright, well ventilated and with mosquito nets. Sea view living room and balcony with table, chairs and deck chairs. TV, washing machine, fridge / freezer, shower cubicle, oven, microwave oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Free parking space right under the house. The house is located in a quiet area and you can walk to various services and attractions: Scilla train station, Castello Ruffo, village of Chianalea, restaurants, pizzerias ... 5 km from the embarkations for Sicily, 10 km from Reggio Calabria and 60 km from Lamezia Terme.
