Pool was freezing cold even in noon time 30 degrees out side.
This is our second visit to live aqua but this time we were very disappointed
Room service really slow, have to call 5 time to get a tooth brush
Workers in restaurants doesn’t seem to understand my English, we waited 1.5hr until they close they finally came to us and ask what we need and what we already ordered
When we arrive the hotel, no one explain to us any information about restaurant time and anything.
I personally really love here that’s why we came again but this time we are very disappointed and will not come again

Absolutely enjoyed my stay but the food was not good. However that is seriously the only bad thing to say. We did Mirage club swim up suite and got placed on the side of the hotel so we had more privacy which was nice (not facing the pool).
We did request a king bed and got 2 queens. I would suggest calling the resort before arriving to confim room location and bed.
