"Clean and cute. Good spot, easy on and off to freeway but can be noisy because of that. Had rowdy neighbors a couple times but that isnt the hotel's fault. "

"Room was clean and cute! It was a bit loud at night because our room was near the front, but overall super positive. Room service was excellent and the bar in the lobby is very cute too! "

"Our room was clean. The bed very comfortable and the shower delightful. I loved the groovy wallpaper too. Staff interaction was minimal. A number of rooms are dedicated to people who travel with their dogs and there is no fee, which we greatly appreciated. The dog area is very small. We checked in early there were very few cars. But after 9pm the occupants of rooms next to us arrived, slamming car doors, trunks peeping, loud voices, etc. I don’t know what the hotel can do about that, but it was unpleasant. "

"Pros: the room was clean and updated and the staff was friendly and helped us check in early. The location is walkable to the University of Arizona. Cons: the neighborhood is sketchy. "

"There were several problems. First, unable to open lock box, next wi-fi password sent to me was incorrect. There is no comfortable place to sit in the entire unit. Kitchen table unstable, stools uncomfortable. Faux leather couch/futon very uncomfortable. Mattress and pillows very uncomfortable. There was no where to set things - no coffee table, no desk/table in main room. Remote turned TV on but buttons to change channels didn't work. This was a very disappointing stay. Floor under the bed was dirty and dusty - no way to clean it as metal frame didn't allow broom there and there was no vacuum in the unit. Marcus was very responsive, however, and helped when needed."

"When I checked in, they told me they overbooked rooms and could not provide a room with 2 queen beds as I reserved through Expedia. They told me to settle with the “3rd party” booking company. Lame. "
