Excellent stay

The apartment was great for us, It had a beautiful view of the sea from the veranda. We used the chairs and umbrella on the beach that was provided in the apartment. The accommodations were very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The owner and manager were very responsive to any needs that we had. It was very accessible to grocery stores and restaurants. The location of Donnalucata is very peaceful and calming. We had a great time! I would highly recommend this apartment & Francesco, the owner.

Wonder stay in Donnalucata

We all enjoyed staying at this VRBO….communication was excellent from the owner and the property manager Giusy. We were greeted when we arrived and she attended to all of our needs The beds were comfortable and very close to the beach and pretty much central location to wherever we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again

Great Apartment in a Perfect Location!

The apartment was really, really nice and comfortable, we loved it! Our family of 4 (6 and 10-year-old daughters) enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment during our stay, we had a wonderful time. Not only was the apartment located close the sea, but it was also very clean, quite and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and utensils; 2 bathrooms. The 4 A/C units - a must for the summer - were very efficient. Having access to a washer allowed us to pack light; laundry was dried using the folding drying rack. Bedroom mattress/pillows were comfortable and our daughters had fine slept upstairs in the 2 separated rooms. The apartment is really at 50 meters (or less) from the main beach and a short block from the grocery stores. Francesco was responsive and a pleasure to work with - quick to respond to questions and emails - and the housekeeper, was helpful in answering questions. Would recommend this place to anyone and we look forward to our return!

schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Das Apartment liegt wie beschrieben unmittelbar am Meer, die 65m2 sind sehr gut aufgeteilt auf zwei Etagen mit drei separaten Zimmern. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Für Oktober hätten wir uns eine größere Terrasse zum in-der-Sonne-sitzen gewünscht, aber dafür liegt der lange traumhafte Strand mit Meer vor der Tür. (Baden im Oktober möglich!) Die Betreuung ist herzlich und gewissenhaft. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartamento carino ed accogliente a due passi dal mare

Molto carino l'appartamento, ristrutturato e con tutte le comodità per una famiglia con bambini (ci sono infatti anche due stanze singole e un secondo bagno al piano superiore). Curati anche i dettagli: climatizzatore in ogni camera, TV nuovissima con DVD, cucina ben attrezzata (caffettiere, pentole, stoviglie), internet perfetto tramite pocket Wi-Fi, lavanderia con lavatrice. Comodissimi i due bagni (quasi una rarità in appartamenti piccoli al mare). Un dieci va sicuramente alla pulizia. Ottima anche la posizione, veramente a 50 metri dalla lunga spiaggia di sabbia dorata (libera). Poco distante c'è anche un lido attrezzato. A circa 500 metri da casa ci sono tutti i servizi del paese, ristoranti, supermercato, bar, ecc. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo! Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.
