- A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea characterize this spacious apartment on the first floor of a villa on the waterfront east (pedestrian) Donnalucata. From the living room and the kitchen is a wonderful sight in all seasons.
The apartment, equipped with INDEPENDENT HEATING, has a large kitchen, large living room, master bedroom and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and dining table allows you to live outdoors.
50 meters is the beach, partly rocky, partly (for more than 2 km) sandy and free use.
At 300 meters it is the center of the village with bars, pizzeria, creperie, a few shops and services essential.
