"Lovely Hotel in a very nice location"

"The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."

"Beautiful, clean, two bedroom apartment with a comfortable kitchen/living/dining room. Would definitely stay here again. Our 11 year old loved the bunk bed room. "

"The location of the hotel is great. I think the hotel needs a bit tlc , somebody who cares. Also as I booked 2 doubles with twin beds, I expect twin beds and not just a tiny sofa bed. Unexceptionable! "
