Apartment 'Am Stadthafen' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

A WARM WELCOME!

Our new, lovingly and stylishly designed apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Schwerin's city harbor and thus in the heart of our beautiful state capital Schwerin.

The apartment in a quiet location on a side street has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, a modern living room with flat screen TV, music system (radio, DAB+, CD, WiFi and Bluetooth), a cozy bedroom with double bed (test winner mattresses) and flat screen TV, a spacious daylight bathroom with toilet, bathtub/shower partition and a washing machine with dryer, a separate work area with its own desk in the hallway and a balcony facing the courtyard with table and chairs.



The accommodation is located on the first floor of a two-family house and is suitable for 2 to max. 3 persons (fold-out extra bed) + infant (max. 3 years). The extra bed is possible in the bedroom or in the living area.



The overnight stay for children up to 3 years is free of charge. Please bring your own bed linen for the travel cot we have available.



The initial linen package consists of bed linen and a towel set for each person booked. The beds are of course made for you on your arrival.

Bath mats and tea towels are provided for you.

Furthermore, the washing machine can be used for a small fee.



Free parking is available nearby in the adjacent residential area.



Any bicycles you bring with you can be parked in the house's own courtyard.



As your host, we will pay any accommodation tax that may be payable.
