The spacious, inviting, and modernly furnished holiday home (140 square metres of living space, suitable for up to 5 people, possibly with toddlers) stands out not only for its cosy wood-burning stove in the living room and the incredibly cosy, spacious kitchen-dining area with a kitchen island, but also for its attractive outdoor area.

The approximately 500-square-meter garden, surrounded by laurel hedges and bamboo and featuring a large lawn, includes a beach chair, patio furniture, and a grill, as well as plenty of space for playing. There are also two parking spaces available on the property.

Inside, you’ll find a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and stove, as well as the traditional “Küchenhexe,” which is also suitable for cooking.

The extra-large wooden table in the kitchen, which seats 8, is just as inviting as the large, bright living room with its cosy sofa set and armchairs, as well as a Danish wood-burning stove. The house features tile and hardwood floors, making it easy to maintain and suitable even for families with small children. Water sports enthusiasts—such as divers, anglers, and sailors—are also welcome in this house, which is located not far from excellent fishing and diving spots.

There is plenty of space for fishing gear, diving equipment, or surfboards. Firewood for the stoves that heat the entire house can be purchased at the nearby hardware store (Friedrichsort). Of course, the house is equipped with modern gas central heating, so heating with the stoves is not necessary—it’s simply for added cosiness.
