"Blick in die Berge" suggeriert Blick in die Natur. Stattdessen blickt man auf eine ca. 300m entfernte Bundesstraße mit Tankstelle - entsprechender Geräuschpegel und Lichtpegel. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung für 440+ EUR / Nacht.

Die Sportresidenz Zillertal ist ein absolutes Spitzenhotel. Ruhig gelegen, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, super leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und Abendmenü. Wir hatten die Souterrain-Suite mit direktem (privatem) Zugang zum See und eigener Sauna. Da fiel es schwer, etwas zu unternehmen, weil man am liebsten im Hotel geblieben ist... Für Aktivsportler oder Golfer ein absoluter Traum.

Designhotel perfekt durchgestylt

Wir wählten die Sportresidenz Zillertal als Zwischenstation auf der Fahrt von Berlin zur Messe nach Mailand aus. Wir haben nach einem Hotel gesucht, was Tradition mit Moderne auf intelligente Art verbindet. Das Hotel ist durchgestylt, jedes Detail ist überlegt, hier stimmt "form follows function". Beeindruckend die Farb- und Materialsprache und die Einrichtung, passend zur Gegend, aber eben nicht, wie sonst üblich "Holdrio-die-Bauernstube". Als wir am frühen Abend, so wie geplant noch nicht eingetroffen waren, rief der Hoteldirektor im Auto an, um uns noch ein Abendbrot zu reservieren, da wir wahrscheinlich erst nach Küchenschluss einträfen. Abendbrot, Weinempfehlung, Frühstück, Hotelzimmer, alles perfekt.

Eine Oase inmitten des Zilleratals

Als Oase haben wir dieses Hotel gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Golfumfeld war für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da wir selbst kein Golf spielen. Vom Zimmer waren wir ausnahmslos begeistert. Selbst der Balkon war fast so riesig wie das Zimmer, welches jede Annehmlichkeit bot, selbst eine Infraraotkabine war Bestandteil. Auch vom Essen waren wir begeistert. Jeden Abend gab es drei, vier oder auch fünf Gänge. Sehr gut gekocht, variantionsreich und nicht langweilig. Das Frühstück bot ähnliches, wurde aber nach dem zweiten Tag dann doch langweilig.
