Beautiful and spacious hotel in the heart of a touristic town. I stayed in a standard room and it was extraordinary large and wonderful. There are enough parking spaces available in the garage below. Fantastic hotel and highly recommend to everyone!

Great Stay!!

Awesome combination of tradition and excellence. Great food (the owners are also the makers of Zillertaler Bier), great spa area with three saunas plus steam bath, great service with attention to detail

Uitstekend hotel met mooie wellness.

Goede service, gezellige bar, goed restaurant, prachtige wellness, ruime parking, centraal gelegen, uitstekend ontbijt, ruime kamers met alle comfort. Enig minpuntje is dat wellness in kelder ligt zodat je niet in buitenlucht kan, maar de prachtige sauna compenseert alles.

Mkt trevligt hotell

Mkt bra hotell med fin bastu och relax avdelning, trevlig bar i hotellet. Var där för ett par dagars skidåkning. Behöver transport till skidbacken, skidbussen precis vid hotellet.

Dålig service

Dålig service, hotellrecptionspersonalen var ej professionell . När vi anlände till hotellet fanns inga rum till oss . Personalen hävdade att ingen reservation fanns. Vi blev tillsagda att själv kontakta Hotels.com de hade ingen aning om vad. Hotels.com var för något. Vi ringde hotels. Com. Jour och fick bra hjälp. Hotellet hade bekräftat reservationen men missat att reservera våra rum. Anmärkningsvärt att vi själva fick ordna problemet och att inte få hjälp av receptionspersonalen. Under hela veckan märkte vi en avog inställning mot oss från hotellets sida.
