Excellent variety of good home cooked food with excellent waiting staff, an extensive wine list with reasonable pricing. Pool and spa area is of a high standard and a good addition after a days hiking. Good location opposite the lift and many walks just a short work to the lake. Views of the lake obstructed by nearby hotels and at the rear of the carpark and mountains. Room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate and furnished with typical Austrian style. Issue arose on checkout regarding prepayment this took around 30 minutes to resolve with the support of ebookers as reception staff didn’t deal with this well. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.
